On April 10, 2012, the SK in the Kirov region sends Navalny a letter that reports: “In connection with the termination of criminal prosecution against you in accordance with Art. 133, 134, and 135 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation you have the right to rehabilitation, i.e. for compensation for property damage, eliminating the consequences of non -pecuniary damage and restoration in labor, pension, housing and other rights. ”
