Knowing Dmitry personally, his desire to participate in the struggle for the post of mayor of Kaliningrad, I was intrigued, and I decided to talk about it with him.

Why Pirate Party?

The pirate party is a symbol. The symbol of freedom. Symbol of change. In fact, her only difference from other parties is the understanding that the system cannot be changed. The system in which we got stuck, and where there is no way out, whoever came to power - Zyuganov, Zhirinovsky, Galanin or Kirill Gundyaev. We are all used to believing in illusion, we believe that the deceased can be painted with blush and he will come to life. This is unlikely. We live in Kaliningrad for twenty years, and exactly the same amount of time we look at the transformations in Poland. What prevents us from being a city like Gdansk or Olshtyn? What reasons do not allow the successful businessman Yaroshuk, to make the city as a properly functioning enterprise as the Baucenter? Why do we see Europe in the Roman-Berlin-Prazhskoye, and in the Baltrayon of the Supe? Is everything so difficult? There are many questions, there is only one answer. System!!! The form of the prevailing relationships between society and power, and in society itself - is false! She leads nowhere, to the abyss, to the cliff, to decay. Therefore, the only acceptable way out of the situation is not to cover the holes on the asphalt in the rain, but to build a completely different model of the state. With a reservation. It must be built in parallel to the existing system, otherwise that grave plate called “power vertical” will collapse, and will bury us all, as the revolution of 17 years old part of the classes of the Russian Empire buried. Why do you need this at all?

The question is, of course, interesting, but if you answer it in a simple way, this is just the idea that people do not have enough alternative. People lack new faces. They may be happy to choose, but it makes no sense to choose between rotten and rotten. Is there a fundamental difference between Savenko and Yaroshuk? Between Galanin and Gan? There is no fundamental difference. I am far from thought to demonize any person except the gang of Yeltsin-Gaidara-Chubais, but we must understand that no matter how good, honest and professional there was a person, his system will devour. Therefore, the mission of the pirates is to tell people: do not amuse yourself with illusions. We need only one thing: to realize that the salvation of the drowning people who drown in the hands of the drowning people. And outside the communist rhetoric, I want to remind the words of the International:

Who is your main competitor in the election?

This is undoubtedly me. My weaknesses: laziness, pride, vanity.

What will you do if you can’t register?

I will register. And if not, I will go underground, in the spill, to Shushenskoye))

What will you go to voters?

Well, not with how to fix the toilet. Only two ideas of Makhat Gandhi turned India turned over. Martin Luther King changed America. Our task is not to seize power and revolution. This is an elementary voice acting of ideas that live in people from a taxi driver to a saleswoman and a businessman to a professor, plus the ideas of a pirate international that power should be open so that there is no censorship, and in the end, so that all our communication with officials can reduce to communication via the Internet. At the philosophical level, that model of state-public relations that we adopted from Byzantium, like Greek, came in fact, from Persian satrapies and after long mutations, it was firmly rooted in Russia. This is a dead end model. And moreover, the crisis of capitalism, which is screamed on every corner, suggests that this formation is also outdated due to the impossibility of further expansion of the market. And capital dies, if he does not have the opportunity to grow. Whatever model we copy, we will always be one step behind. Hence the conclusion that the country needs some kind of super-task, above the goal, which would be a messiage not only to us, but also to the rest of the world community. At the local level, a similar thing occurs only with certain bells and whistles. It would seem that it’s easier, take some effective control and distribution units from the west, in construction and housing and communal services, in the correct relationship of a resident of the city and official, but even such an elementary thing does not work. Why? Again the system. The system is not interested in efficiency. The system is a lot of groups, lobbying groups, influence agents, raw materials magnates and politicians, where everyone plays without rules and the only rule that is not disputed by anyone - this is the right of strong to the largest piece of the pie. This is the root of evil. This West passed and the crown of this epic was the conclusion of a certain agreement between the elites, where everyone decided: from tomorrow we play according to the strict rules the same for everyone from the burgher to the lord, from the magnate to the politician, from the policeman to the journalist. Each has its own role, which is one of the links in the system of checks and counterweights. Therefore, Western society is balanced hundreds of times better than ours. They have rules. The rules become laws that must comply with absolutely everything. For all of us, this is the first step, without rising to which we are doomed to a “special path”, which the country has been walking for a thousand years.

In short, if we manage to convey our position, then we are well done. It will not succeed - we will begin to do this again.

Whose support do you count on?

On living people, on all those who are ... and gangster faces, lawlessness and complete indifference of the power of the emerging.

How do you evaluate the work of the current city government on the Internet?

The city authorities monitor the network, and they do it well. The question is different, what is behind it? What is the vector of their monitoring? Whether they want real management reconstruction or simply monitor the opinion of the Internet community for the purpose of operational response. Answer: I think there is no strategy there.
