
During the audit, the police found violations in the work of the St. Petersburg private security organization “AB OBNISRD-SPB”, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the representative of the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The audit was planned and was supposed to identify the compliance of the company's activities in Russian legislation in the field of weapon storage. The specialists who conducted it discovered numerous violations. In this regard, the issue of the seizure of 60 units of weapons of Chop is considered.
According to the agency, the private security company, presumably, belongs to the family of the State Duma deputy from "Fair Russia" Gennady Gudkov.
Earlier it became known that the Department of Internal Affairs of the Central District of Moscow sued the Pantan security company, which also belongs to the Gudkov family.
The lawsuit was filed on the basis of a violation of Article 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Entrepreneurial activity in violation of the conditions provided for by the license”. If the defendant is found guilty, then he faces a fine of 30 to 40 thousand rubles.
Recall that earlier the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow sued Pandan with a request to deprive the company of a license due to violation of the rules for storing weapons. In mid -May, Chop was deprived of a license .
