In the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, on suspicion of corrupting minors, the 61-year-old pastor of the Church of Jesus Christ was taken into custody. He was detained by police officers in the commission of depraved actions with a 14-year-old girl. Despite the fact that the pastor - a disabled person who moves in a stroller, on his account, according to the investigation, is not one victim, the Ukrainian Portal "Faks" reports.
During the investigation, evidence became known that said that on a spiritual path the pastor did not forget about the worldly, lived at the expense of parishioners, and, without denying anything. He had several expensive cars, a yacht, a large house with angels at the gate, a collection of weapons. What else was owned by the minister of the church will become clear later - the inventory of his property has just begun.
Church members were obliged to pay her tribute - the so -called tithe. According to a former parishioner-retirement, every day the bishop wanted more and more money .. According to her, he demanded that the flock was transferred more money-supposedly for the needs of the church.
“They literally knocked out the money from people. From one parishioner, they took the whole amount of the apartment for the apartment. The other family, having sold their house, gave money to one of the close pastor for the construction of the“ house of God ”under the guarantee of Nikon - they say, he will not return it, but then ... drove away from the church,” Donetsk online publication quotes the witness.
Former parishioners recall that the pastor had their own security - a group of law and order. Dyuzha guards gathered 500 hryvnias for the pastor’s birthday and 1000 hryvnias for each festival from each parishioner. People sometimes murmured: "Where to get it?" - To which the pastor advised as if jokingly: "Go steal!"
According to former parishioners, the close heads of the Church were not in poverty. Maybe that's why one of them stood up to his defense, despite the fact that the pastor was caught in the commission of depraved actions with his daughter. The girl’s father publicly claims that the bishop did not corrupt her, but rehearsed with her “dance for the Lord”, and the arrest of Pastor - the machinations of the police, eager to take possession of the money of the church. The girl herself also repeats the "version" set forth by her father.
"Soligations" with girls, as witnesses say, were apparently one of the main directions of the "service" of the pastor. This was done on an "artistic" basis. There were several creative groups of all ages in the church - song, dance, theatrical. The pastor came to rehearsals to the Palace of Culture and called the girls dancing in the "Graduation team" (that was the name of these creative groups). After these "seclusion" of the daughters of poor parents, expensive jewelry appeared, and the girls said that God blessed them.
The pastor invited young parishioners to his allegedly for prayer for healing from the illness that he "saw." For each he "found" a lot of problems, and, mostly, gynecological. True, many parents now claim that the pastor simply applied to their children "God's label." However, the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which is charged with the pastor, does not imply release from the punishment of a person whose wine will be proved, even if the victim itself or its legal representatives will ask the court to justify the criminal.
According to the acting chief of the Directorate of Cybercrime, the Main Directorate of the Police of the Donetsk Region Andrei Nebytov, the police officers collected evidence of the unlawful activity of the pastor, before they called him, as called hot.
Meanwhile, according to Nebytov, in 2000 the pastor was already convicted of a similar crime, but was amnestied and released from custody in the courtroom. Then this article was not considered difficult, according to it the accused threatened up to three years in prison. Protecting the rights of children, Ukrainian lawmakers in 2008 recognized the corruption of minors with a serious crime and significantly increased the punishment: now the detainee threatens from five to eight years in prison.
In the house where the pastor was found with a 14-year-old parishioner, there were several more girls aged 12 to 22 years. The so -called "youth services" took place here. As the woman living next to the church office told the “facts”, noisy “worship” with loud music, which for some reason, mostly visited the girls, did not give rest to her or others and forced to appeal to the police. In response, the pastor sued the neighbor for slander. Legally, the case ended in the world, but in fact, the world between the neighbors never came.
According to the witness, the children of parents who were not turned to the church stopped going to school on our street. And adults ordered them to go far to the house "for youth services."
What happened on the second floor in a separate room "for healing", the neighbor did not have the opportunity to see. The parents who trusted their daughters to Pastor did not see this. But the people who left the church claim that the parishioners guessed everything, simply drove away bad thoughts from themselves about their "spiritual mentor."
According to one of the former parishioners, the girls were usually harassed by the "mentor" upon reaching the age of 12. Her granddaughter, one of the girlfriends said that the pastor tried to take a receipt from her that she would allow her to touch all parts of her body "for healing." The girl refused. Then the pastor showed her a whole stack of receipts, but the girl could not be persuaded, and her family, having learned about this, immediately left the church. True, they did not complain anywhere: they were shy, and the guards of the pastor were afraid.
“The pastor directly at the worship called young parishioners, passionately kissed the lips and watched the reaction of the hall: whether someone would decide to condemn him for such behavior,” said one of the former young wards of the pastor, suggesting that he was still afraid of criminal liability. According to him, some young families created in the bosom of the Church by her adherents broke up, since their wives were recognized as their husbands that in adolescence they were harassed by pastor. The priest himself, regarding divorces, stated that, they say, if God had not pleased, he would not allow it.
The pastor has recently lived with a young mistress, without divorcing a marriage with a legal wife who gave birth to three children. One of the parishioners recalls how the pastor, during the worship, received from his wife to SS, in which she called him to return to the family, read out this message from the stage and covered the unfortunate woman ... with a selected obscenity. And then he invited the parishioners to let him in for the night, while noting: "Just remember that I do not like to sleep alone."
Meanwhile, about the spiritual education of the pastor, his former adherents say that no one ordained him and in any spiritual institution he did not study. When asked about his education, the pastor answered modestly: "God personally taught me." He also loved to repeat that he does not obey anyone and is not accountable for anyone.
Ten years ago, the Council of Pastors of the Gospel Churches of Mariupol officially turned to the City Council about the hero of the current narrative. "In this statement, we stated the fact that for the Council of Christian priests of the city (about 25 churches) this person is not a pastor, does not have a sang of a minister. We also stated that the community located under his leadership is not a church. The appeal was based on a number of facts of immoral behavior of this subject," the Pastor of the Church of the Good Church said in his Internet forum. Gennady Mokhnenko.
The Mariupol City Executive Committee also confirmed that such an appeal was, but the legislation did not allow the Church of Jesus Christ to be recognized as a totalitarian sect and to deprive it of registration, prohibiting his activities previously convicted by the pastor.
Sources in law enforcement agencies say that before the beginning of his “spiritual ministry”, the pastor worked as a port loader and, back in Soviet times, was brought to criminal liability for bodily harm.
After the detention, Nikon, who is a disabled group of group I, was transferred to the hospital in connection with a worsening state of health. However, at the moment he has already been discharged, and by court order, he is in jail.
