On August 1, a terrible accident occurred on the Baikal Highway - a Subaru car, driven by Vasily Viktorovich Goncharenko, collided with a Hundai truck moving in the same direction, after which Goncharenko drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a column of motorcyclists. One of the motorcyclists died on the spot, the other is in hospital in serious condition.
According to traffic police officers who arrived at the scene, the driver was very drunk - 1.5 ppm.
He showed a pass from the Federal Arbitration Court of the East Siberian District, and claimed that nothing would happen to him, since his “father is in court.” There was even a version that the driver was the son of Yudin Viktor Gavrilovich, chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region.
As it turned out, this is not true, but not so far from the truth: he is indeed a relative of Yudin. Car A 431 XE38 is registered to the driver’s wife, Diana Dmitrievna Goncharenko. Her maiden name is Elizova, which is confirmed by accounts on social networks. By the way, the accounts were deleted the very next day - but Google remembers. By the way, Goncharenko’s own accounts were also deleted.
Yudina Nadezhda Mikhailovna is a judge of the same Federal Arbitration Court of the East Siberian District, and the wife of the chairman of the Arbitration Court of Irkutsk. Her last name before she got married was Elizova, and her wife Goncharenko is her daughter. So the drunk driver is not just a court driver, as officials want to make it out to be.
An employee of the East Siberian Arbitration Court, in a conversation with a Sib.fm correspondent, admitted that it was indeed this man who crashed into the motorcyclists and that he works as a driver in court. According to a court representative, Goncharenko is not related to any of the judges.
