Text: Lidia GlazkoOlga Kuklina, a resident of Kamchatka, got into an accident with the participation of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the newspaper Arguments and Facts-Kamchatka reports.
According to her, on July 4, she returned to Toyota Land Cruiser home from relatives. In the car, except for Olga herself, there was her six -month daughter Christina. Seeing the traffic police rushing towards the car with a siren and a miletic, the woman decided to play it safe and stopped on the side of the road to skip the motorcade. A few seconds later, the driver of the Toyota Hays minibus, which was traveling along the oncoming lane in the motorcade column, sharply turned to the left, hooked the Land Cruiser and flew to the ditch. After that, according to Olga, employees of the Federal Security Service approached her and announced the culprit of the accident. The victim answered these accusations with a video: in her car, a DVR was installed that recorded an accident. According to the victim, one of the FSOSHNOV said to his colleague: "If this s..ki did not have everything recorded, we would have arranged for her 37th year ...".
The driver of the Toyota Hays minibus was a 40-year-old special services officer from Moscow. According to Olga, at first he explained what happened with a bursting wheel, then put forward a few more implausible versions. The true cause of the accident is still unknown.
Immediately after the accident, Olga Kuklin was taken to narcology to check the presence of alcohol in the blood. Nothing was found. “I have some kind of feeling of resentment, injustice. I stood on the sidelines, didn’t touch anyone, the child was sleeping, this motorcade flew into us, broke our car, scared my daughter. And the people from the accompaniment of the prime minister also wanted to do it. When they didn’t work out, they went out as if nothing had happened with their problems. Says Olga Kuklina.
Now the young mother is interested in who will compensate for the damage for the damaged car. The Kuklin family bought it two months ago in Vladivostok for 1 million 400 thousand rubles, which she took on credit.
“The appraisers determined that the amount of damage from the accident is 319 thousand rubles,” Olga says. “The insurance company paid us 120 thousand, the rest of the money can be obtained only through the court. Although the specialists I talked with, they believe that we will not be in 319 thousand ... my husband and I took a loan to buy a jeep. Now we must repay debts.”
The Federal Security Service today confirmed the guilt of his employee in an accident that occurred during the visit of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to Kamchatka. Earlier, the accident involving the motorcade of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation in the reports of the regional traffic police was not listed.
According to the source, in one of the minibuses of escort, the wheel was punched: the car led to the side, as a result it hooked the Land Cruiser car standing on the side of the road. The motorcade was stopped to clarify the causes of the accident, and the ambulance followed the Ambulance Inspection examined the participants in the accident. No injuries, with the exception of bruises by the FSO officers sitting in a minibus, were not recorded.
On the fact of the investigation, the insurance company paid the victim the established amount. Olga Kuklin also has the right to additional compensation through trials.
