Musician Andrey Makarevich wrote an open letter to the President of Russia

Musician Andrei Makarevich filed an open letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he complained to the state of courts and corruption in the country.

A letter published on the website of the Moscow Komsomolets says that "our court today is either a car for punishment of objectionable ones, or an apparatus for receiving money from plaintiffs."

“If the situation does not change in the near future, then this will lead to a total disaster,” the letter says.

Makarevich has recently been taking an active part in the socio-political life of the country. During the election presidential campaign, the musician was a confidant of candidate Mikhail Prokhorov.

He also supported the Pussy Riot punk group participants.
