From 600 to 700 Cossacks living in Kyrgyzstan have decided to move to the Stavropol Territory, the press service of the Federal Migration Service for the region reported on Wednesday.
“It is planned that the resettled Cossacks will work in the fields of farming and construction,” the message says.
It is noted that the issue of relocating Cossacks to the territory of the Stavropol Territory has already been repeatedly discussed by the head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia for the Stavropol Territory, Alexander Boykov, and with Metropolitan Kirill.
