I think Alexei Navalny is looking for corruption in the wrong place. Well, that is, corruption has long been everywhere in Russia. It has become a system-forming phenomenon on which the regime firmly rests. But that's not what I'm talking about now.

Counters, unfortunately, do not take this parameter into account. Who exactly appropriates the difference in the chain from our house to the thermal power plant, how they cut up these “incomes” that are not taken into account anywhere, needs to be dug up and dug up. But it is clear that the count on a national scale should be in the billions. And this is just one “small” and imperceptible trickle in the general flow from our wallets to the accounts of energy and utility monopolists.
