Social experiment. Not recommended for impressionable people

Deputy Head of the Tbilisi District of the Krasnodar Territory for Economics Dmitry Zhertovsky risked living for a month on the minimum wage - 6.5 thousand rubles. Moreover, the goal of this social experiment, admittedly, is quite noble - to convince local entrepreneurs to increase the salaries of their employees.

The official tried to convince organizations and entrepreneurs to increase the salaries of their employees and bring them to at least the industry average level, but this did not bring results.

Thus, the final argument for stingy entrepreneurs was personal example.

After spending on utilities, a razor and a shaving brush, he had 2,193 rubles left for food.

After spending a month on millet, cabbage, beets and instant noodles, Dmitry Zhertovsky lost 5.5 kg and saved 75 rubles.

It is not yet known whether local entrepreneurs were impressed by the official’s feat or not, but it seems that Dmitry Zhertkovsky still deserved some kind of “respect”.
