Saratov investigators find out the circumstances of the fight at the stadium, during which the soldier of the elite part caused fatal injuries to the young man. The crime was committed literally the day after the celebrations in honor of the airborne troops (Airborne Forces).
The 24-year-old suspect has already arranged a confession, the official website of the Investigative Department of the Saratov Region reports. It is known that he is a soldier of one of the regiments of the Airborne Forces.
According to the detainee, he participated in a brawl that occurred on August 3 at about 23:00 on the territory of the Olympic stadium, located in the Lysyyy Mountains in the working village. There, the paratrooper applied the 19-year-old young man "bodily harm in the head area." From the injury, the young man died during his hospitalization, in the premises of the ambulance station. According to the act of forensic medical examination, death occurred as a result of dull injury to the head and neck.
About ten people participated in a mass fight at the stadium, the NTV channel clarifies.
The Atkarsky inter -district investigative department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). The criminal faces 15 years of imprisonment.
It should be noted that on the eve of the crime, August 2, the whole country noisily celebrated the Day of the Airborne Forces. The celebrations were accompanied by incidents with the participation of drunken defenders of the Fatherland. So, in Moscow, a group of paratroopers in the GAZ 233001 car "Tiger" with a mulyage of a machine gun on the roof broke a Chevrolet car in the center of Moscow and disappeared from the scene. The incident occurred at about 13:50 at the house number 2 on Shabolovka Street.
Ten minutes later, the traffic police stopped the Tiger on the exit from the Oktyabrsky Transport Tunnel. There were two young people in the car in the car. Judging by the external signs, the participants in the festival of the Airborne Forces were in a state of strong intoxication. They did not have a driver’s license and documents for a car. The police emphasized that the “tiger” belongs to a private person and is a civilian, not a military car, although a grenade launcher's layout was installed on his roof.
And in Rostov-on-Don, the police detained nine former paratroopers who blocked the roadway, and then began to throw stones in law enforcement officers. As a result, one of the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was injured.
The Army freemen did not even take up the Supreme Commander -in -Chief and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Congratulating the paratroopers on the holiday, he expressed the hope that the triumph "will pass without excesses, and your former colleagues will behave with dignity, without gross violations of public order as a sign of respect for the Airborne Forces." However, the authorities are traditionally favorably looking at the hooligans in the vests.
