Rosstat: 75% of Russian citizens dream of raising salaries

75% of Russians dream of increasing the level of remuneration. At the same time, doctors and teachers consider their salary primarily, and working pensioners, students and top management do not complain of it. Such data, according to the Kommersant newspaper, were received by employees of the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) during the first research department in the history of citizens in the labor market.

In addition to the level of salary, Russians are also not satisfied: the duties performed (68%), the distance to work, working conditions (64%), moral satisfaction, reliability and professional satisfaction (about 55%).

However, according to various criteria, the level of satisfaction is very different in citizens and villagers, in women and men, in people of different ages and the level of education.

So, in rural areas, people interfere with the harmfulness of production, as well as cold and dampness at the workplace. And in cities, respondents complain of constant stress and tension of the work process. Men are more than women are satisfied with earnings.

The study also revealed the direct dependence of the salary on the level of education. “The higher the level of education, the more a person has both professional and moral satisfaction, the more he is pleased with the salary,” the expert said in an interview with Rossiy newspaper .

Likes noted that, according to the examination, 87% of the able -bodied population (in the city is a little more, in the village less) have a profession confirmed by a diploma or other document. At the same time, almost 60% of Russians do not work in a specialty.

"The lower the level of education, the more people do not work in the specialty. The failure of the main general (grades 8-9) and secondary general education. There is a huge discrepancy between work and specialty - 72% and 67%, respectively. The same groups have the lowest level of retraining, retraining," the newspaper quoted the official as saying.

A serious gap between the formal and informal sector of the economy has also been revealed. In the first - the full compliance of work and specialty - 45%, in the second - only 27%, and the worst of all those who are engaged in family business. There, the resulting profession was useful only 12%.

"Women are more often (42%) than in men (38%) the work fully corresponds to the received specialty. However, men, if their work does not correspond to the specialty, are more often ready to retrain," the representative of the service added.

In addition, Rosstat discovered that half of the workers constantly, or sometimes experience the influence of harmful production factors, the same amount of other inconvenience (cold, damp). Another identified serious problem is nervous tension and stress. A quarter of the respondents said that almost half of the workers are constantly and almost half of the workers in this state from time to time.

In general, as experts noted, the level of dissatisfaction with salaries in Russia identified by the department is no different from the rest of the world.
