Today, the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachev, said: "Those who are trying to blame me for the inelerance and violation of the rights of nationalities, all these people do not live in the Kuban and, apparently, simply do not understand our problems." That is, it turns out that in order to assess the degree of Tkachev’s tolerance and understand what he is driving, taking the Cossack patrols to the streets, you need to be a resident of the Kuban?

One could believe Tkachev, if it were not for his previous statements: “There is no place for gypsies, Turkish, Kurds and dissenters in the Kuban,” or “determine, legal migrant or illegal, you can by last name, more precisely by its end. The surnames ending on “Yang”, “Dza”, “Shvli”, “Ogly”, illegal, as well as their carriers. ” Apparently Alexander Nikolaevich considers the very presence of “dissenters” on the territory of the region.
Tkachev, by the way, lost the “filter”, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Valery Zernkov commented on the statement of Tkachev, who called the Stavropole filter between the Caucasus and the Krasnodar Territory: “I am a motorist, and I know what is a filter. This is a spare part. We would never have been a spare part for anyone. We or not a filter, ”said Valery Zerenkov.
Also, in today's statement, Tkachev says that “in the history of the region there were no large national or religious conflicts. This is our common home, and here there is no place for those who are trying to destroy the multinational world in the Kuban”, for some reason I remembered the incident in the Don camp, but Tkachev apparently does not consider the beating of Chechen children a significant conflict.
Further Tkachev says: “We are very open to the edge and hospitably meet everyone, but if a person came to live here, he must comply with laws, pay taxes and respect our traditions. And it does not matter what a person’s nationality“ that is, it turns out that the previously said words: “We will have no other way - we will squeeze out the order, ask for documents, engage in migration policy”, concern only those who do not want to follow laws and pay taxes?
Only now I think that all those who do not observe and evade taxes will be objectionable Caucasians and other dissenters.
The resignation of the governor Alexander Tkachev on the eve of the Sochi Olympiad is certainly unlikely, although after his words in Krymsk it was supposed to be, but at least such statements of regional leaders should not remain without condemnation from the Kremlin, and the most decisive and unambiguous.
