I was surprised to see on A.A.’s blog. Navalny http://echo.msk.ru/blog/navalny/920180-echo/ letter to the chief doctors of Tambov regional government health care institutions. The chief doctors have nothing to do - look for a certain Alexey Anatolyevich Navalny. How many of them live in Russia? How many in the Tambov region? Here you can ask a lot of questions and have fun.

Only the state of our healthcare is not conducive to fun. And not least because the department draws up such papers at budget expense, and the chief doctors spend their time unsubscribing from such papers.

I sent them a request to the address indicated in the paper, with the following content: “Dear head of the health department of the Tambov region (or acting)!

Please explain on what basis you are demanding information about Alexei Anatolyevich Navalny from the chief doctors of the Tambov region that is clearly not related to medical activities? Please take into account that an indefinite number of Alekseev Anatolyevich Navalnys live in the Russian Federation, and therefore such a request, if executed in good faith, will take up a lot of budget-paid working time of the region’s chief doctors.
Please clarify on what basis the working time of the performers who compiled this letter is spent, since their work is also paid from the budget.
Please respond within the time limits established by law.
