A drunk visitor to the reception office of the head of the city of Slobodskaya, Kirov Region, Evgenia Rychkov, attacked a receptionist with a knife, Rychkov reported on his blog.
Rychkov wrote that, according to his secretary Anastasia, at approximately 11:40 an unknown woman entered the reception area, asked something indistinctly, after which she pulled out a knife from her bosom and tried to stab the secretary with it several times. The employee managed to dodge and knock the knife out of the attacker’s hand.
“After which our guest used everything that came to her hand. Men, administration employees, came running in response to the scream and brought the would-be killer to reason. Then she was handed over to the police,” Rychkov said.
According to him, during the incident he was in Kirov at the gasification department and learned about what happened by phone. Returning to work, Rychkov saw things scattered on the floor of the reception area.
The head of Slobodsky noted that the attacker was “dead drunk.” “Her questioning has been postponed until she sobers up,” he added.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kirov Region reported that a 40-year-old woman with a previous conviction came for a certificate, she was asked to go to the next office, after which she behaved inappropriately: she grabbed a knife and began waving it. “The drunk visitor tried to resist the law enforcement officers, but was detained and taken to the internal affairs department.
