Today, the court must make a decision in the case of PR. Well, maybe he won’t take it right away, but he will re -read all the case file aloud for a week. But here it is not about the process as such, this will pass, but about some prevailing configuration of thoughts, that is, feelings, it will remain for a while.

It is known that the prosecution requires three years, what will the court do? Everything will be from the formal side: the accusation was accused, the defense ... What the defense was supposed to do, on the basis of which the court could introduce (yes, of course, everyone understands what kind of court and all that, but we are talking about the procedural side of the case) adjustments to these three years?

OK, the accusations are absurd, but, one must think, lawyers are taught how to prove this absurdity publicly, presenting some arguments. Yes, we can say that this is a kafka kafka, a political order, and absurdity is intentional, but all this has details. Say, maybe or not all this is generally qualified at all under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code?

Not even lawyer Vadim Malkin investigated the topic of Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, on the basis of hatred for a group of persons: “ We note that hatred for some specific person, and not a group of persons determined by some or protected attribute, is not a motive by which the crime can be classified as Hate Crime. The lawyers still worked out the fact of the arrest before the court, and then somehow the word for the word and N. Feigin began to reason in the Novaya Gazeta About himself as such, about how the Universe is arranged, as well as about " the inclusion of Russia in the Western world, the European Christian world. To get rid of the Asian despotism, to become part of the Christian system of values, that Christian worldview, which, in fact, was successfully 20 centuries ." As for the work itself, Feigin explained in the same interview the motives of PR: " That is, this is all coming from the mind, and not from the desire of the shocking. Their actions, they are conscious ." This is the most successful that he could say here is undoubted.

But the accused are not against this approach. With the war in the XXS, they call the “ concert ”, “ musical appearance ”, “ performance ” and, perhaps, they already think that they really made their entire clip there. In full agreement with the logic of lawyers, they transfer their case from the judicial region to the representative - as patho as Feigin, reasoning that " religious truth should not be static, it is a process, not the result ." The fact that this rhetoric is addressed to the very court that is absurd, political, obscurantist, etc., there is some stylistic inconsistency, but generally normal, this is their choice, such a line of behavior.

That is, the defense and the accused consciously reached this position: the court to consider invalid, not to refute anything in the privileges and be addressed through the heads of the defenders of the regime to all people of goodwill.

What to do to the court, purely formally? He has a 3 -year request from the prosecution and the reasoning of the defense about how the Russians to find themselves and the words of the accused that religious truth should not be static. Agree with 3 years or take on the functions of protection in order to reduce the deadline? Well, or they will call them-so that the kafka-kafka-kafka is completely. Otherwise, everything is cool: this is a strategy, everything according to the script, everyone says the most important thing that could be said in this situation. But not so long ago there was one, very similar story.

Ukraine is ahead

All this is extremely reminiscent of the trial of Tymoshenko in the "gas business". There was the same thing - the defense did not really try to challenge the accusations, making a choice in favor of rallies in the courtroom and the announcement of the case is political. Well, for some time they still tried to defend themselves on facts, but it did not work out and the case was finally declared political. With natural attributes, once: all the judges are like that and the authorities - it is also clear which one, well, and so on. No, no one says that this is not so, just about something else.

The outcome is clear: 7 years. Of course, with subsequent discussions about human rights, the influence of Europe on Ukrainian power, etc. But, in fact, this period is partly the result of the conduct of protection. Moreover, what are the arguments there, except that the vague on the topic is that you have an old Code of Criminal Procedure and, in general, as if it was not customary to plant former members of the government and, in general, all this does not correspond to all this to the spirit of European values. Free - did not convince.

In this case, the defense acted in a similar way, even more importantly - in court a complete absurdity, kafka -kafka; Lawyers cannot seriously treat this kafka kafka, because the system wants to break everyone, and in general, according to Feigin, this is " with the Uda over the generation . " What is a certain Ukrainianization of Russian politics (well, society), which, in general, is not bad, because it revives everyday life.

But in this case, the meaning of copying (or just a similar action) looks too decorative. In the Tymoshenko situation, you can find rezons. Say, it was not possible to refute the accusation, hence the natural path towards the politicization of the case. In addition, there was a certain enthusiasm from the European Union - and the ambassadors were involved, and the European Commission. As a result, it was possible to block the signing of the Association of the EU-Ukraine. The meaning is also not quite understandable, but there at least some foreign policy movement arose, associated with some interests of the parties (maybe the EU was looking for a reason to certainly never expand at the expense of Ukraine).

In this case, it is not entirely clear what the benefits of politicization, instead of attempts to refute the absurdity formally. It is unlikely that the West will take a serious press to press Putin and, say, their people will stop going to open the next pumping station of the North Stream gas pipeline. Putin's image losses are of little concerned, is it that the problems of the Russian Orthodox Church MP excite more? Well, yes, like a certain world support arose, which provides a media celebration, no more. If the defense had in mind this particular result - well, then it turns out that after the sentence the parties will be calculated.

Of course, if you wish, you can experience pride in the new Russian art brand, but in Ukraine it was in the person of the Grinjola Maidan group with the song at once Bagato - we don’t have to be heated! Yushchenko is our president! "However, there this art only accompanied the revolutionary process, and here it is just the same thing. The inevitability of sects

In general, something secto -shaped wanders here: external reality is not fundamentally taken into account, only the point of view of a particular group of people is essential - in the sense, for this group. Secticiousness is distinctly exalted, evaluating theoretically - approximately towards whips plus increased public temperament. This is not to offend, only the assessment: if the state of affairs is such that such structures appear in it all the time, it means that this is a feature of the moment and nothing more. Here, of course, is also not without Ukrainianization. The same Tymoshenko consciously mimicated under the “white brotherhood” of Mary -Davi Christ - at one time her “Batkin” even walked massively all over (plus with red hearts on her chest).

But it was boring there, but here it is more diverse. Say, shares of "white ribbons" (the fact that they are also white is, of course, not a copy-paste, but exactly a coincidence). From the first pure ponds to the last occupies, the theme of shares changed all the time. When there is a certain representation of the corresponding identification. Which affects politics, on society. When there are tools of this influence. Otherwise, these self -determination is a little like children: "I will be a welder", "I will be a politician."

Theoretical positions can only create a group closed in itself. The main thing for its existence is a certain separated emotional impulse, because the theory here is also selected emotionally. From excitement to excitement, on the basis of a general reason for excitement, the group lives from an impulse to an impulse, mutually conditioning each other and bells out when the next impulse did not have time to arise. Of course, such sectarianism can be nothing more than situational. Actually, Ukraine is looming here all the time not because borrowings and copy -paste took place. In these cases, the post -Soviet affairs are similar, it just began before.

But this is also harmony. The expression does not see itself, it is regulated by the mass and energy of its participants, which - when they are inside this volume - do not feel how it is a goglying from the outside. There are no institutions, there are no positions attached to practice, representative office - there is no routine common grid. That is, every situational follows his nature, where the real harmony arises.

Courts and power, officials and judges to the same extent follow their nature. Someone will be called obscurant - Ok, he does not complex and yes, behaves like obscurantist. No one can influence anyone, around the heyday of all a hundred colors.

But in such a frame it turns out that all the rally activity was now completely packed in the process of PR. Previously, the topics of dissatisfaction changed, but now it has firmly restrained in this matter, or that, having coincided with it in form and content. PR became not like a symbol, but - finally acquired by the meaning of this discontent and, at the same time, rallies. Retroactively.

How much does this option correlate with the sensation of rallies? This is not publicity, but the missing reality - how could it be found out, there are no numbers, no one interviewed. However, as if sociologists could deal with this - to present only a survey that will first filter out those who were at rallies, then explain to them what is meant ... And this is not about the fact that the numbers would explain everything - that nothing can be found yet, and then everything remains irrational. Like in Ukraine. Well, this is nothing, this is normal, but they are good -natured there.
