The Cannes Video Festival has begun!

We are pleased to inform you that today the Eleventh International Kansk Video Festival will open in Kansk.

The festival program does not differ in “film festival standards”: it is replete with genres, full of surprises - and not only for the audience.

The events of the festival combine feature films with short films, architecture with street art, silent films with talking music, a professional jury with audience ambitions, educational projects with real artistic practice, and even informal associations of youth - with fairy tales of the peoples of the USSR!

Kansk declared itself a censorship-free territory of art - and chose its guests accordingly. For example, the festival will be opened by a full-length science fiction blockbuster from the NOM-film studio , Star Wars . Architects Brodsky, Avvakumov, Savin will come to get acquainted with Kansk in order to subsequently begin its development. Xavier Juillot will once again be involved in the redevelopment of the local airport. There will be an exhibition of Nikolai Kopeikin and much, much more.
