This film could also be called “Time Control”, since the film clearly and understandably, over a short period of time associated with the Russian presidential elections, shows how brazenly and cynically new politicians can deceive their voters. And the main thing in the situation with such a politician as Mikhail Prokhorov is perhaps not that he once again deceived and betrayed his people, but that politicians like him deprive the country and their people of hope for a happy future, the belief that Russia can still become a modern and progressive state.
