This punishment involves up to five years in prison.

The information that the Casparov was bitten by the ensign of the police during the detention, the day before, the member of the Public Council under the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate Anton Tsvetkov distributed . Later, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow specified that the police are preparing materials to the Investigative Committee in connection with the incident. - Tell us about the circumstances of the detention, which served as his cause?

- Why they detained me, I can’t understand. I stood, gave interviews, there is a darkness of witnesses, all this is written on film. At some point, they just ran up to me and began to knit. I can’t say anything else, the question of why I was detained, you need to ask someone who gave this order.

Naturally, it is written in the report that I shouted slogans, called for a breakthrough of the cordon and other nonsense, which is corresponded from one report to another under a copy.

- What do you yourself think about this story with a bitten ensign?

- You can see for yourself. There is an episode on the Flays-TV , it takes 20 seconds. Theoretically, what they are talking about could have happened in the first two or three seconds. Seven people beat me, who did and what he did, I do not know, but I certainly did not bite anyone. Naturally, when you beat you, you try to hide behind somehow. So looking at this entry, you can draw some conclusions for yourself.

- Are you seriously injured?

- I have easy injuries. They are not a clinical nature, but everything hurts. The back still hurts, a serious bruise has formed on the leg. I’m going to the traumatologist now, I will put myself a little in order.

- Are you afraid of criminal prosecution?

- Everything can happen to us. Any nonsense in our ships is accepted on faith, so no one should cum.

- Will your lawyers file oncoming claims?

- Undoubtedly. There will be a claim for beating and illegal detention. It is quite obvious that my rights were violated in a rude way. They treated me very impolite.

- No, I was not present at the same time, there were my assistants there. I myself was on the third floor (Hamovnic Court - Publicpost), observing the process as a representative of the bailiff service. Before that, there were many complaints from journalists to the work of bailiffs, so I brought assistants with me and they stood everywhere, on floors and on the street. One of these assistants informed me that he personally saw this.

- Are there any documentary evidence of this episode?

- There were a lot of journalists, probably someone was filmed of them.

- Why, in your opinion, began to detain Kasparov? He simply gave an interview.
