The girl spoke about what happened to a 13-year-old neighbor who rushed in search of a pervert.

Two hours later, at the bus stop, her gaze stopped at the 25-year-old Anton Boychenko, whose appearance she considered suspicious. The signs of the criminal were unknown to her, nevertheless, she suggested that he was the attacker. Why she decided so, she could not explain to the court later.

Being in an excited state, she pointed to two young people at Anton Boychenko as a pedophile. Having attacked, they began to beat a young man.

The police major, Andrei Olifirenko, who came to the call, released the attackers without even taking an explanation, after which he detained Anton, brought to the police department and locked the temporarily detainees.

25-year-old Anton Boychenko arrived in Novosibirsk two years ago, having graduated from the Omsk Railway College. At this hour, he was at a stop, returning from work. Based on the situation, only one criminal case was visible - about the illegal detention of Boychenko and his retention of more than 3 hours in the city police department for no sufficient reason. His wife Tatyana, saving her husband, turns to one instance after another and is waiting for a revision of the case in the Supreme Court.

Who is to blame?

But the fault for what is happening lies not only on corrupted gangster police and judges who pass criminal sentences. I am sure that if innocently convicted people do not wait for a legal punishment for the factory cases of investigators and passing out of the judges, sooner or later we will encounter the facts of the Lynch court.
