We want to draw public attention to the fact that horticultural partnerships in the Nizhny Novgorod district are “green light” both the district and the whole city. Nizhny Novgorod district is one of the most saturated with vehicles, so the level of gasanage of air in this area is very high. The standards for green spaces in the Nizhny Novgorod district are not fulfilled, and the general plan of the city, adopted in 2010, provides for a decrease in the number of green spaces due to their deforestation for the construction of various commercial facilities and expanding automobile tracks. Therefore, garden massifs act as parks and squares, these are “light”, which give oxygen to the whole area. Even if any garden plot is littered, or the owners do not appear in it, the trees in it stand and do their quiet work: they clean the air of exhaust gas gas, give people oxygen. If you cut down these green massifs and build concrete high -rise buildings in their place, we will lose much more than we will acquire. Nothing will return fresh air, the green zone will be irrevocably lost for the profit of developers. What is better: concrete jungle or green gardens?
