The general director of the Perm Airlines enterprise hired his student son, who did not perform duties, but received a salary of more than 900 thousand rubles, the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on Monday.
“At the moment, it has been established that the general director of the state regional unitary enterprise Perm Airlines introduced the position of IT manager at the enterprise in June 2010 and appointed his son to it, who was at that time a 2nd year full-time student. That is, he did not meet the employment criteria specified in the organizational documents of the Perm Airlines State Unitary Enterprise,” the message says.
According to the department, from June 2010 to August 2012, the son of the general director, without actually performing work in his position, received a full salary.
“The damage caused to the Perm Airlines State Unitary Enterprise amounted to 901 thousand rubles,” the statement says.
A criminal case has been initiated against the general director under the article “abuse of power resulting in significant harm to the organization.” According to investigators, in June 2010, the suspect, violating the requirements established by the internal documents of Perm Airlines, abused the managerial functions of the head of the enterprise out of personal interest, causing significant harm to the interests of the State Unitary Enterprise Perm Airlines.
The materials regarding his son have been transferred to the investigative authorities to make a decision on initiating a criminal case, the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
