The discussion camp under St. Petersburg ended. For 2 days of work, more than 300 people visited it. Among the guests were Evgenia Chirikova, Boris Nemtsov, Vladimir Ashurkov, Alexander Belov, Alena Popova, Vladimir Milov, Denis Bilunov and many others.



Despite the large number of interesting and constructive discussions in which representatives of all political forces participated, the main topic of subsequent discussion in the media and social. The networks were my statement that the opposition needs to create combat detachments that would work on the streets. As usual, in pursuit of sensation, the words were pulled out of context, and many thought that I was tired of playing by the rules and it was time to take power by force. However, this is understandable - the party in power is gaining "arguments", which will be presented in the fall to deprive the deputy immunity after Gudkov.

In fact, it was a discussion about the further actions of the opposition between me, Boris Nemtsov, Vladimir Milov and Alexander Belov. Nemtsov said that protests are the only way to radically change the system, and for this, millions of people should go out into the streets, and only after that it is possible to force Vladimir Putin to a round table for a bloodless transfer of power according to the Polish script. Alexander Belov went even further, offering to study the experience of Libya, Egypt and Tunisia to completely destabilize the existing system, but at the same time emphasized that we are talking about the results of protests, and not about the method of changing power. Vladimir Milov said that Putin won the elections honestly, and the opposition should come to terms with this, carry out work on mistakes, stop rally and participate in the elections, albeit falsified.

My opinion is somewhat different from the above, which I said. We consider ourselves power, but we don’t know how to achieve it yet. More precisely, there are many options, but the final choice has not yet been made. If we have the goal of winning the election, then we must go home and stop supporting Pussy Riot, and talk about housing and communal services and rising prices, WTO and NATO. And if we want to achieve a change in the system, then we must create an alternative to power. An alternative to ideological and organizational, understandable to the wide masses and capable of managerial. In the meantime, we are not even able to establish clear organizational interaction with those who go to rallies, with our "combat detachments", the most devoted and motivated supporters. By the way, we already voted at several discussion camps: who sees a career of a deputy or official in the future in the future, and who wants to achieve a change of system, then to deal with their own business. In St. Petersburg, about 50% of the forum participants saw a career in power, and nowhere this figure exceeded 2/3.

Therefore, I said that from my point of view, our movement should be based on three organizational whales:
- "personnel reserve" - ​​the future power, politicized, but not a radical mass of supporters;
- "civilian corps" - volunteers and civilian activists engaged in specific "small" affairs outside the political agenda;
- "Combat Drinks of the Opposition" - those who go to rallies, organize pickets, etc.

Structuring can be achieved through the elections to the coordination council, mass involvement of regional activists, and the allocation of those responsible for each direction of the Constitutional Court. The opposition is still under the Internet, but now it's time to go to the real world, start doing real deeds, which is gradually happening.

Ultimately, we must force power to dialogue about the path of its departure according to the script of the round table - this is the only way to eliminate the existing system. To do this, it is necessary to combine the efforts of all organizations in order to create a unified program of protest actions, which, in fact, will take care of the coordination council. But in the event that there is no dialogue with the authorities, and the repressive machine will work at full power, the only way to resist it is to physically defend. For these purposes, it will be necessary to create a special human rights structure, not the combat detachments that will smash the shops, beat the police and those who are for Putin, but to protect people in respect of whom lawlessness is happening. Already now it is impossible to hold law enforcement officers accountable, who violate the law. 27 facts of the exceeding by police of official powers on the march of millions on May 6 are still not investigated, although 17 deputies of the State Duma signed under the request.

As for real extremist groups - they will certainly appear without our participation if Vladimir Putin decides to maintain power at all costs. We have already seen the bursts of the partisan movement in the Far East and in Nalchik, in Tatarstan and in the Urals. In fact, all responsibility for the emergence of such "detachments" lies with the Russian government, stubbornly not wanting to speak and discuss with their citizens.

In the meantime, you need to use all legal methods to prevent conflicts to the maximum. For the consolidation of the rational part of the opposition and attracting attention of citizens, it is necessary to create a general program of actions that will cut off insane radicals and dogma of various kinds.

In addition, the opposition should turn towards the regions, otherwise it cannot become a serious political force. The Moscow opposition party makes a big mistake when it excludes for himself the opportunity to come to another city to work with people. The experience of agitation in Gagarin is excellent, but this is very few. It is for the awakening of the regions that discussion camps are created, the level of which is growing each time. Auto rake White Stream, the main stage of which will begin on August 27 is another most important step in this direction.

It was the discussion of the legal ways of struggle for power that most of the forum was devoted. Vladimir Ashurkov talked about why the national alliance party is being created, about how it will function on the basis of Internet technologies. The main task of the party is the overthrow of the current government. According to Vladimir, the party does not attribute itself either to the left or the right. This is a platform for combining different political forces. In the case of registration of the party, the doors there are open to all leaders of the opposition and sane people. But personally, I believe that this idea is not very correct: the political party should have a clear ideology and program, and the presence of several camps within the party cannot afford this. The unification for the sake of a single goal is necessary, but in a completely different way described above.

Vladimir Milov spoke about the strategy of a democratic choice, about how they build their line of offensive. Their main goal is the change of power in the legally, through elections. Having questioned the liberalization of party legislation as a result of winter rallies, Milov said that their path is the only true one.

This discussion continued during the discussion of the upcoming elections to the coordination council. Vladimir Milov, his deputy Igor Drandin and the leader of the St. Petersburg Gorodisov Andrei Dmitriev believe that the Constitutional Court is the internal games of the opposition that no one needs and will not bring any benefit. For some reason, the problem of the legitimacy of representatives of the opposition does not bother them, and this is the main goal - to stop disputes about who represents people overlooking the streets; So that there was no debate about why December 10, Nemtsov led people from the Square of the Revolution to Bolotnaya, and why some “group of self-servants” decides everything for people who go to rallies. In the case of destabilization, it is necessary to have an organ that can authoritatively say what to do.

I was pleased that not only opposition politicians, but also representatives of the current government came to the White Forum. One of the guests was Valery Fedotov, the head of the Vasileostrovsky branch of United Russia. He said that the opposition and the party of the authorities need to learn how to speak the language of compromises in order to prevent a civil war. Fedotov proposed to agree on a lower level on specific issues, and then at the top it would be necessary to accept as a fact. I believe that it is very printed that people like Fedotov are in EP - this crook uses their illusions to agitation in their favor, and as a result, there are more crooks and thief in power.

In addition to political discussions, the issues of journalistic ethics were raised, a round table on which Anastasia Karimova and Ilya Azar held; Alena Popova spoke about the project of the All -Russian Volunteer Movement, who recently received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Emergencies for help in Krymsk, which is a recognition of the merits of all volunteers. A separate block was devoted to environmental problems, on which Evgenia Chirikova spoke about the experience of consolidating forces around the struggle for the Khimkinsky forest and how she managed to unite in one team of people who do not give a damn, but for which the main goal is important, and for which the main goal is the main goal.

The guys from the project "Make" reminded that on September 15, all -Russian garbage harvesting from Estonia’s experience will be held, where 8% of the country's population went out on the streets in one day to draw attention to the problem of environmental pollution.
