
The Federal Property Management Agency decided to privatize 100% of the shares of the oldest music publishing house in Russia - the Moscow OJSC Music, the initial price of shares is set at 8.411 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the department posted on Wednesday on its website.
"To privatize the 10.849 thousand shares of Music Publishing House in federal ownership, which is 100% of the authorized capital of the specified company, by selling a single lot at an open form of submission of proposals about the price," the disposal says.
"Music" is one of the largest musical publishers of Russia. Most of the products make up musical literature for professionals and students. The publishing house also issues book publications - textbooks and textbooks on theoretical and historical disciplines, scientific research, monographs, epistolary materials, reference, encyclopedic and popular literature.
