"People of Labor" is back in the arena. Poldin’s envoy in the Urals district Igor Kholmansky has now created the “All -Russian” movement in their defense. This, of course, is pure political technology: just United Russia is no longer in fashion, they need to come up with “fronts” and “movements” to help. However, it could not be otherwise with our “party in power”, the authorities did not need a strong EP.
When the metropolitan authorities say something like that, the province not only assure the wide support (vertical), but also begin to come up with something similar to themselves.
These, usually phantom, can live for quite some time to live. In the Urals, they reanimate the topic of “people of labor”, which Vladimir Putin actively exploited in the pre -election period. Nowadays, the most colorful envoy of the President Igor Kholmansky from the Ural Federal District recalled the existence of the whole movement “in defense of the people of labor” in Russia, which from interregional turned into the All -Russian. "Kommersant" even considered it that Kholmansky "leads people of labor from" United Russia "." A strong statement, but weakly correlated with reality.
The movement was formed even during the presidential campaign and positioned itself as an extra -party force. The message was simple - since none of the parties can protect the workers, then they need to protect themselves. For that, they say, there is also a movement and there is no connection with the upcoming elections. And later the Kholmansky also stated that on the basis of movement it was necessary to create a party.
True, a party based on movement, however, did not begin to create. Publicly Kholmansky explained this by the fact that there are too many parties, but I don’t want to become “another” movement. But since one and a half months ago I really wanted to, we must think that someone from the capital's authorities dissuaded him.
It is clear why the idea of the Labor Party was forgotten - after all, in fact, even the movement does not protect any people. The day before, despite the seemingly non -party status, it supported more than 20 candidates from United Russia in various elections in the Urals Federal District and Perm Territory. Thus, de facto swore allegiance to the “Party of Power”. What is its own party.
In this particular case
The defenders of the people of labor were the candidates from the EP,which the movement supported in the elections. Kholmansky television people explained that "these people are close to the spirit in spirit." Among the “loved ones in spirit” was, in particular, the Sverdlovsk vice-governor (a man of labor, immediately visible) and a candidate for the mayors of Nizhny Tagil Sergey Nosov, who contacted the gathered by television.
The candidate from the “Party of Power” lost the past elections of the mayor of Nizhny Tagil (also United Russia, however), and the same Kholmansky did not want to repeat that story. Again, the city is not a stranger to him, and the headlines of the “Holmansky lost elections in Tagil” will then be simply inevitable. And in the apparatus of the new plenipotentiary, former Kremlin employees work, and they work as they are used to.
The very initiative is that not a dying movement, that the party is quite understandable. The reason is in the deep crisis of the Party of Power. The crisis of trust, the positioning crisis, the systemic practically crisis. When the politician claims “I am a communist”, it’s clear about what he is about and what is. When the politician says “I am a unicorn,” it raises much more questions. For which he stands, except for “for Putin” is unclear. But it is clear that this is some kind of careerist, from whom it is hardly worth waiting for a good, or a money bag. Well, or in front of us is just a large boss.
The authorities, however, were very cool to the manifestation of public delights about the party. It is clear, because even Putin at first did not head the party’s list in the elections to the State Duma, and then defiantly distanced him from it during the presidential campaign. And before Putin in local elections, the authorities often did not demonstrate violent enthusiasm for the presence of a party. If the governor is popular, then the party will not help him, rather, he had to help the party. And this support was often quite passive.
Now, after the elections and the capital's protests, it has become obvious that “United Russia” is not fashionable in the eyes of the voter. Or even a “batch of crooks and thieves”, then it is generally to vote for it. God knows if they will come up with some kind of rebranding or restyling for the ER, which they talked about in the spring, but it will clearly not be tomorrow. And the autumn elections are literally on the nose.
We have to invent all kinds of new/old moves, create phantom quasi-political structures-supports for the party.
The meaning in this, first of all, is narrowly applied - political technological. The image of the EP, as a party of "crooks and bosses" is blurred, candidates receive some freedom of maneuver. Plus - it can be shone before the start of the official campaign, for example, as a fighter for the rights of people's labor.
The problem of "United Russia" is not so much that many do not like it seriously or are cold, but also in the fact that
The authorities do not need a strong party in the authorities.EP - in fact - is interesting to the Kremlin or governors, as a completely loyal tool that ensures “correct” decisions in parliament. All other functions are secondary in relation to this. If the party suddenly becomes strong, then its representatives may have their own ideas about the design of the power system and questions, it’s scary to think, to the executive branch.
In this form, the “party in power” is not a political entity, and individual party functions are not default politicians. You can only be a politician in United Russia only by ignoring how it turns out, a party status. When you need to communicate with the voter, it is more convenient to do this not from party positions. So, next to the “party in power” “movements in support”, “popular fronts” and other fake formations breed.
