I quote further “in exceptional cases, this measure of restraint can be elected against a suspect or accused of committing a crime for which punishment of imprisonment for up to two years is provided for, if there is one of the following circumstances: 1) the suspect or the accused does not have a permanent place of residence in the territory of the Russian Federation; 2) his personality is not established; 3) he violated the previously chosen measure of restraint; 4) He disappeared from the preliminary investigation or from the court. ”

None of these exceptions of the Nemts falls. He is not a homeless person. Thank God, he has a place of residence in the capital, and, I hope that it is very good.
