The governor of the Kaluga region, Anatoly Artamonov, dismissed the region's Minister of Health Sergei Stepanov and the region's Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Alexander Bolkhovitin, reports the media relations department of the governor's administration.
Both ministers were relieved of their positions based on personal statements. The duties of the Minister of Health of the Kaluga Region are now performed by the Deputy Minister - Head of the Health Development Department Elena Razumeeva. The duties of the minister are entrusted to the Deputy Minister - Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department, Alexander Skuborev.
In addition, Artamonov signed an order according to which his deputy Nikolai Lyubimov becomes the head of the governor’s administration. Previously, this position was held by 62-year-old Viktor Kvasov. He left his post after being elected head of the regional election commission.
