Astrakhan Regional Court did not cancel the election of the mayor of the city

The Astrakhan Regional Court refused Socialist -Revolutionary Oleg Shein in the request to cancel the results of the mayor of the city. Oleg Shein himself explained to Interfax that the court refused to cancel the election results in the Leninsky district of the city, soon the regional court will consider claims for the abolition of elections in other areas.

Shein also filed an appeal to the regional court to refuse to satisfy claims to cancel the results of the municipal elections of the Soviet, Kirovsky and Trusovsky district courts of Astrakhan. After receiving the motivating parts for appeals for decisions of all four courts, O. Shein intends to apply to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). "The decisions on the appeal will be under a copy, so we will receive the last motivating part of the four ships by September twentieth. After September 20, we will file a complaint against the decisions of the Astrakhan district courts and the regional court in the ECHR," he said.
