The authorities of the Moscow Region decided to bring out petty entrepreneurship out of the shadows. And at the same time, tax businessmen and replenish the regional budget.
According to the Vice-Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Sharov, those who rent apartments, rooms and cottages should be included in the list of small entrepreneurs. And also - teachers who provide the services of tutors, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda .
Starting next year, in Russia they want to improve the patent taxation system. Those who are engaged in small business will be offered to buy a patent and pay for it every month without bothering with other taxes.
"The patent is transferred to the municipality, this is its tax base. So it should be known by the names of those who have gray income. For example, they rent housing," Andrei Sharov explained.
According to him, the cost of the patent will be low - approximately a thousand rubles per month. Then the renting apartments will have an incentive to pay - after all, it is easier to give this money than to have troubles with the tax inspectorate.
"The municipalities will have the right to reduce this rate. We will set only the upper cost, and the municipality can, for example, introduce benefits," said Sharov.
In total, the authorities of the Moscow Region want to issue 100 thousand patents in order to additionally attract 800 million rubles to the budget.
How to identify illegal entrepreneurs will not yet be decided. “Perhaps we will ask for the assistance of local inspectors and heads of educational institutions,” the newspaper told the regional government. “The former know who leases the apartments and the second - who is engaged in tutoring. Then we will convince people to purchase patents.”
