Recently, it is not difficult to notice that the number of politically motivated sentences has increased. The recent monstrous sentence against Taisiya Osipova (8 years old) is proof of this, but only the lazy don’t talk about Pussy Riot. Meanwhile, any such process is not only the will of an abstract power machine, but a set of actions of the prosecutor, judge, and investigators. A significant role in such processes is played by experts who evaluate certain materials available in the case for violations of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. And above the experts are their bosses, one of whom will now be discussed.

The most distinguished employees in the field of compiling repressive examinations were employees of the Russian Institute of Cultural Studies - psychohermeneutics specialist Vitaly Batov and mathematician Natalya Kryukova. Batov-Kryukova’s track record is solid: for example, they recognized as extremist a T-shirt with the inscription “Orthodoxy or Death”, a leaflet “Kill the slave within you”, the logo of Navalny’s website “Rospil” (a double-headed eagle with saws) and so on.

Among the recent achievements of the “experts” of the RIC is a piece of paper on Pussy Riot, which became part of a criminal case, where it is said that Pusek’s songs call for “rebellion and disobedience to the authorities; for the implementation of unrest - actions to seize squares similar to actions in European ones (“Occupy Wall” Street"), and in Arab countries ("Arab Spring"); to work with law enforcement agencies in order to attract individual employees to their side - the side of people bringing disorganization into the actions of law enforcement agencies, disarmament (i.e. blocking, withdrawal from combat-ready condition) of the rest ."

As you can see, Batov and Kryukov do not spare either the right or the left, or Christians, or girls in balaclavas. By the way, it was they who carried out the examination of the criminal case in which my comrades and I are accused of organizing the activities of an extremist community ( Case-12 .)

The media sometimes write about the sweet couple Batov-Kryukov, but who is at the head of their sharashka? Do you think some retired elderly FSB officer or professor at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs? You guessed wrong. The head of the Russian Institute of Cultural Studies is Kirill Emilievich Razlogov , a prominent film critic, a public person, sort of known as a liberal, but with a governmental flair. Razlogov has many titles - full member of the Russian Academy of Art Criticism, Member of the International Editorial Council of the magazine "Personality. Culture. Society", host of the "Cult of Cinema" program, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.

You must understand that while Kirill Razlogov is enjoying buffets at social parties, thoughtfully discussing censorship in society, and flashing on television, his hardworking employees, in the spirit of Kafka, are preparing prison sentences for those who disagree and are undesirable.

The interest of this kind of “experts” in the accusatory nature of the pieces of paper is obvious. Each examination is paid for by the investigation. More expertise means higher income. At the same time, it is obvious that if the conclusions of the examination time after time do not meet the expectations of the customers, then the investigators will turn to someone else.

Scientists who value their reputation, of course, do not want to get into the mud. For example, when contacting the St. Petersburg Research Expert Center for the study of problems related to manifestations of extremism under the leadership of Sergei Kuznetsov, the customer in uniform is openly told that the result of the study may not suit them. That’s why Kuznetsov’s center doesn’t make waves throughout the country, but not Messrs. Batov, Kryukova and their boss Razlogov.

In general, the “institute of cultural studies” works quite in the spirit of Orwell, where the list of thought crimes is determined by a police pointer. If you don’t please the authorities, then today they can press you for being too Orthodox, and tomorrow for dancing in a church.

Remember this last name - Razlogov. Behind his well-fed gloss lies other people's human suffering, prison, abomination, stupidity and meanness. It is necessary to publicly expose his figure so that everyone who shakes hands with this figure understands that before him is not a beacon of culture, but a godfather of “experts on call.”
