Putin kissed children again

Vladimir Putin flew by helicopter to the celebrations dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Russia's victory in the Patriotic War of 1812. The aircraft landed next to the monument to the heroes of the War of 1812, at the foot of which a presidential wreath of scarlet roses was laid. Putin made a solemn speech about the Battle of Borodino, presented the heads of Mozhaisk and Maloyaroslavets with certificates of honor awarding them the honorary title “City of Military Glory,” and shook hands with the descendants of Napoleon and Kutuzov. And after the official part of the event, he did his favorite thing - he began to kiss children.
