Andrey Trubitsyn, head of the department for the development of entrepreneurship and the real sector of the economy of the Tomsk region, announced last Friday that the Moscow IC “Titul” intends to become an investor in TIZ. This statement by the official was made against the backdrop of a conflict between the management and staff of TIZ, on the one hand, and the bankruptcy manager of Tomsk Instrument LLC, Denis Evseychik, on the other.

TIZ rents for its production in the suburbs of Tomsk (the village of Loskutovo) a building and equipment belonging to the Tomsk Instrument Management Company. The owner of the management company, according to Kommersant, is Grigory Semenov. At one time, he also controlled TIZ, and now heads the Tomsk Instrument Trading Enterprise LLC (like TIZ, it is part of the group of companies of the same name). On August 24, TIZ security officers did not allow evening shift workers into the plant. OJSC IC "Titul" was registered in Khanty-Mansiysk in January 1993 as a Check Investment Fund for the social protection and development of indigenous peoples of the North. In 1998, the fund was transformed into an investment company. The head office is located in Moscow. "Titul" is developing two main areas: repairs, leasing of office and industrial premises (the company controls 35.5 thousand sq. m of office, industrial, warehouse and auxiliary premises of various quality) and the production of high-precision metal-cutting tools (gear-cutting, broaching, thread-forming , thread-cutting carbide, as well as measuring wheels). The OJSC has about 140 thousand shareholders, the largest stakes belong to the holding joint stock company Russian Technologies SA (Luxembourg) - 21.98% and the director of the investment company Sergei Tsaregorodtsev - 5.22%.

According to the plan for bankruptcy proceedings at the Tomsk Instrument Management Company, all assets belonging to it must be prepared for sale.
