The boarding house of one of the founders of the development group of the peak of Yuri Zhukov (it was he in the documents of Olympstroy is listed as the beneficiary of OJSC “PO Chernomorets”) petitioned for recognition of himself insolvent in May of this year. Now, by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo region, the observation procedure applies to the rest house. Alexander Alukaev was appointed temporary manager - the Chernomorets himself proposed his candidacy. The final decision on the recognition or non -recognition of the boarding house bankrupt should be made in December.

In parallel, the boarding house suits Olympstroy, which requires the company for the payment of the penalty. The state corporation filed a total of 328 million rubles to the boarding house. The claims concern the requirements for the payment of a penalty for violation of the deadlines for the obligations stipulated by the agreements.

The Chernomorets took up the projects for the construction of Sochi hotels back in 2005 and at the same time received lease rights - the decision to hold the Olympics in Sochi has not yet been made. Lawyers note that the procedure for self -banking can allow the company to get away from fulfilling obligations. “The scheme of intentional bankruptcy is a fairly common way not to fulfill your obligations. Thus, for example, you can kidnap money allocated for construction. However, this undoubtedly requires justification and evidence,” emphasizes Konstantin Trapaidze, chairman of the Bar Assistance College.

Yuri Zhukov is now working for the state. The state of the entrepreneur is estimated at $ 450 million. In 2012, Zhukov took 193rd in the list of the richest Russian businessmen, according to Forbes magazine.
