And in front of the police cars, string of people of people were lined up, who arrived on September third to school, where an explosion thundered exactly eight years ago, and after it there was a storm in which 334 people were killed, 186 children of them.

People who became a memorial of memory went and went to the gym. They carried flowers, lit candles. They stopped at the photographs, reading the surnames, considering the faces of children and adults. The Archbishop of Vladikavkaz and Makhachkalinsky Zosima served the memorial for the dead. At 13:05 - the time when the bomb exploded in the gym - a minute of silence was declared. After it, 334 white balloons were launched into the sky, according to the number of dead hostages.

From school, people headed to the memorial Beslan cemetery - the city of angels, where all the dead were buried. There were much more people than at school. On the side of the road, the cars were no longer placed, so they were left in the field on both sides of the road and went to the cemetery. There were whole families in several generations - grandparents, adults, and small children with them. There were numerous delegations of various institutions, enterprises, universities. Flowers and water in bottles were carried to graves. A lot of water as a reminder of an unbearable thirst that terrorists tormented hostages. There were a lot of water for the living. She was distributed for free in a tent of doctors installed in the cemetery on this day to quickly provide first aid, if suddenly someone becomes bad.

Entire families are buried in this cemetery. Grandpa and grandfather sat at six graves of their grandchildren - the children of their sons. Behind their elders were the parents of the dead. People approached and approached them. Raya Totieva, who lost four of her children, smiled through tears to everyone who came to her and her children that day. When asked how she now answered that nothing, she copes with God's help. I also asked her how she lives now.
- I have a daughter. There, you see, sits with a girl. We live slowly. I don’t know who is to blame for what happened. And I probably don't know. We have it, though it becomes known at best in thirty years. I trust in God. On the highest justice. But on earth there is no justice, there is no truth, do not even look. God will judge everyone. And he will reward everyone.
She was interrupted by the sound of a metronome of speakers. And then the voice of the announcer, who began to read the names and surnames of the dead hostages. In the cemetery, it was quietly, people spoke almost in a whisper among themselves. But when they began to read the names, everyone stood facing the monument, fell silent, and silence was established. The sun, which was very small in the morning, suddenly began to fry with greater force. One young man lost consciousness and fell, doctors immediately approached him. It was difficult to stand on such a sun, but no one sat down, except the elders, of course. 334 Names and surnames Read a long time. Listen to this even longer. And very hard. Especially when the same is repeated by one surname - it means that two people died from one family. And the third is repeated - it means three. Sometimes the fourth is repeated the same. Who remained in this family alive?

Beslan schoolchildren with white balloons came to the monument and, when the announcer finished calling the names, they released balls into the sky. Like the school - exactly 334 balls. Four caught on the wires, and it seemed to be hanging now, but no, the wind lifted them and carried away with everyone. A familiar journalist from North Ossetia, who arrives in Beslan on September 3 every year, later said that not the first time they cling to these wires, and this is not the first time they still fly away.

On the other side of the monument stood the presidents of North and South Ossetia, representatives of the clergy - the Orthodox and Muslim, and the delegation from different enterprises. It seemed strange that they were standing separately. They all then laid the wreath at the monument and, not for long, left, left. Without performances and speeches.

People also reached for the exit. But not all. Many, probably, the closest, still remained, despite the heat. They sat at the graves of their children, relatives. Of course we cried.
Closer to the exit, at the grave of his son, Susanna Dudiev was stood - the chairman of the Association of victims of the terrorist acts of the "Mother of Beslan". People were constantly approaching her too. Hug, ask, say what they remember. And my colleague and I wanted to ask her how things were going with a complaint of "mothers Beslan" in the Strasbourg court. But she could not talk to us because she approached her and approached. But then she, tired, crouched and said that now she would talk to us too. She said that in March of this year, "communications on the Strasbourg complaint began." According to her, "they have already received an understanding from the court."
“Not so long ago, we sent answers to the questions of the Strasbourg Court on our complaint. We had to supplement it: send evidence of eyewitnesses, their data: names and surnames. Now the communications are ongoing. In September, a statement should be held regarding the acceptability of our complaint. And I hope that by the end of the next year, its consideration in the Rasskourg Court will begin,” added Susanna Dudyeva.
Then she explained that the "mothers of Beslan" passed all the instances of the Russian court, but did not receive answers to their questions. "We complain about the biased investigation into the Strasbourg court, the delay in the investigation. We are sure that the negligence and irresponsibility of the authorities is the main reason that our children were applied to terrorists. We demand an objective investigation and answer to our questions. And the most important question: who was admitted to the terrorist attack. It is already known that the law enforcement agencies of the North Ossetia and the North Ossetia and the North Ossetia and the Law Ingushetia was there operational information about the impending hostage attack and the nomination of political requirements.
"Even our meeting in 2011 did not justify our hopes with President Medvedev. He then carefully listened to us. He said that he could not affect the investigation that he was not finished yet, but promised to give him an impulse. Until now, we have not felt this impulse. Investigators are corrected by people - witnesses to the shooting of tanks and grenades. The investigation allows themselves to insult these. People, saying that they can not say that the scorching tanks have seen once again, but we do not hope for its objectivity. ”
