Winter is coming. In addition to the problems with “re-shoeing” vehicles, increasing heating costs, and increased electricity consumption, another one has been added - summer time. Last winter we felt this innovation quite strongly. Workers came and left for work when it was dark. Depression, and as a result of this, conflicts and illnesses were steadily on the rise. In a winter country, instead of leaving the hands on winter time or not abandoning the annual change, they switched to summer time.
I don’t ask the question: “Why?” I ask the question - what to do?
We decided to switch to winter time in our company. Now we are reprinting business cards, changing information on websites, and notifying clients. If previously we worked from 10.00, this winter we will work from 11.00. People will come to work, seeing the sun rise, their mood will improve, and this is very important in our time. I think clients will understand us, and colleagues will think about it.
