But, according to local residents, during the summit, the administration hid somewhere that built the lion's share of its objects of migrant workers: builders of Slavic appearance are now in progress in sight of all. The auditors, taking the initial documents, considered that even with an increase in the amount of work, the amount of the contract could not exceed 704 million rubles. The fate of the remaining 296 million remained unclear: "The calculation and justification confirming the need to increase the cost / ... / no." The same situation with other objects: university buildings, conference rooms, fire depot, landscaping of the territory ... The amounts are changing, the meaning remains.
