In the new arena in Moscow, an exhibition of the great director and screenwriter Sergei Parajanov is preparing to open for the opening of the house “The house I live in”. It will present about 70 works of different years: painting, ceramics, graphics, collage. It is believed that it was in the collage technique that he reached unsurpassed skill - collages, filmed on film, look lovingly built, fantastically beautiful shots of his films. He was considered a dissident in the cinema, he had a difficult fate - he spent five years in prison and colony, from where he was rescued by such world celebrities as Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni, Andrei Tarkovsky, Louis Aragon. And at the same time, friends called him “a member of the holiday”-for a fantastic talent, love for people and Caucasian hospitality, which determined his unique human and artistic personality.
