Irina Ruzankina, a 50-year-old resident of Novosibirsk, will not receive 30 thousand rubles from Pussy Riot, in which she estimated the moral damage inflicted on her by a punk prayer service in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. On September 7, the Kuntsevsky Court of Moscow dismissed the civil suit of Ruzankina, who, moreover, did not appear in court herself. Judge Maxim Sokolovsky considered that the plaintiff's representatives failed to prove the fact of moral and physical suffering when watching a video about a punk prayer service. Meanwhile, Novosibirsk artist Artem Loskutov, who previously supported Pussy Riot, sued the law firm Ryabinina, Zinoviev and Krestyanov, which represents the interests of Ruzankina. The artist stated that the actions of the company caused him moral harm, since the fact of filing a lawsuit against a group that is in a difficult life situation violates the principles of ethics and morality. A preliminary hearing on Loskutov's claim is scheduled for September 10.
