More than 10 thousand people took place on September 7 in Yaroslavl “Mark of Silence” in memory of the players, coaches and staff of the local hockey team “Lokomotiv” who died that day exactly a year ago in a plane crash - in total, she claimed 44 people. People carried flowers and candles. Many were dressed in sweaters and scarves with the symbols of Lokomotiv, part of the attributes were decorated with autographs of the dead athletes. And on the eve of September 6, as part of the case of the crash under the tunenic aircraft, the Yak-42 with hockey players on board the first charges were charged. The investigation suggests that one of the former leaders of the Yak-Service airline Vadim Timofeev falsified documents that allowed the plane to manage the unqualified crew and did not conduct pilots. According to the Interstate Aviation Committee (MAC), which unveiled the final results of the disaster investigation in November 2011, the crew error was the reason for the tragedy.
