There would be balabol
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Putin’s favorite, hatewood of Madonna and the main blacksmith of the upcoming sword and shield of our Fatherland, spoke on the air of the Vesti FM radio station: “I would suggest solving a big task, the creation of a lunar station could be such a task.”
After the rickets of the APEC summit in Vladivostok, after the gluttonous Winter Olympiad in the subtropics, after the appetizing 20 trillion rubles for defense from Georgia and Estonia, we are not enough for the lunar station. Good deed, the account will again go billions. With such a feast of ideas, the hand of the takener will not be impoverished.
One thing only confuses: why would it be “”? “I would suggest ...” Where did it come from in the lips of the Iron Deputy Prime Minister? This compliant, intellectual “would” look quite natural in the lips of some professor Yasin or writer Akunin. But when a prominent representative of our adamant administration resorts to a blurred subjunctive inclination, it sounds like the power has relaxed, demobilized and generally prepares to go out to the swamp, demanding self -development.

Or maybe Dmitry Rogozin thus hinted to us something opposite? Like, we continue to actively be proud of Gagarin, but there is nothing to dream of the moon?
Such a reading of a subjunctive inclination by the method from the nasty follows from many oral and printed statements of the most leading comrades. In famous newspaper publications on the eve of the presidential election, V. Putin wrote that on the site of the State Duma deputies, he would have thought about the recreation of parliamentary control over the executive branch. D. Medvedev recently shared an idea that more attention should be paid to provincial roads. V. Putin said that he would not judge Pussi Riot too strictly. But subordinates, in other cases, zealous to vomiting, would not have interpreted “” not at all in Yasinsky. And they were not mistaken.
What awaits us with the moon in Besinsky? “We have a large competition between countries in space activities, and therefore there should be a large super-item that will pull science, industry that will allow the country to break out of the captivity of the problems in which we have been for 20 years,” explained Deputy Prime Minister. And he added: “Why not try to work in conditions of low gravity?”
In fact, why? The old Chekist law says that an attempt is not torture. Before the adoption of the law on non -profit organizations, several authoritative specialists told V. Putin that this law was unlawful. And not just objected, but brought documentary arguments. The president did not deny the arguments. He gently suggested: why not try? Will not like it - we’ll correct it, or even completely cancel. Like, it will not work out the station on the moon - we will build even better in Skolkovo. It will not work to plant Navalny - we will plant Gudkov. Why not?
The subjunctive mood is the last platform on which our authorities are practicing in the flirty democracy. Behind the picket fence of foolish “would” they sit out from solving the pressing tasks of the country, again and again creating the appearance of knowledge and energy.
