The RF IC closed the Muscovites case, which they wanted to judge for the murder of a rapist from Uzbekistan

In the Moscow region, on Thursday, the criminal prosecution of a resident of the capital Tatyana Kudryavtseva, who was accused of murder , committed when exceeding the limits of necessary self -defense, was stopped. For almost three months, the woman lived in fear, and law enforcement officers collected evidence against her. But now the investigation department was nevertheless admitted that the incident does not have the fault of Tatyana Kudryavtseva, reports REGNUM .

The investigation of the circumstances of the death of a citizen of Uzbekistan began on July 1. Moreover, Tatyana Kudryavtseva immediately incriminated the most “difficult” article - 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). Only two weeks later, the prosecution was re -qualified as Article 108 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder during self -defense). Even in this case, the Muscovite threatened the three -year period of imprisonment.

Finally, in the fall, the investigation came to the conclusion that "the actions of Kudryavtseva, who caused death to a citizen of Uzbekistan, were committed in a state of necessary defense, in the protection of his life, health and sexual integrity from unexpected criminal encroachment." In this regard, the criminal prosecution against Kudryavtseva has been terminated.

It is noteworthy that Tatyana Kudryavtseva herself learned about the recognition of her innocence from journalists. And the detectives did not bother to tell her the joyful news.

“I am very glad,” says the already former investigation. “But, unfortunately, I have no information about the termination of the case. I heard the news that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said that the case was terminated, but I did not hear any news from my investigator and from the Investigative Committee of Solnechnogorsk.”

Moreover, only a few days ago (September 10) Tatyana Kudryavtsev was summoned for interrogation in Solnechnogorsk, where they notified of the appointment of new examinations in her case. At the same time, the employees of the RF IC did not make any hints of the early completion of the investigation.

And on September 12, Tatyana and her lawyer Yaroslav Pakulin filed a complaint with the Investigative Committee, which complained about a long investigation and endless examinations. Moreover, this contradicted the position of the leadership of the IC of the Russian Federation, which in mid -August spoke in support of the version of the suspect.

According to Tatyana Kudryavtseva, in recent months, investigators keep her in constant fear. “I actually live constantly in a state of uncertainty and in a state of emotional stress, not only because it happened to me 2.5 months ago, but because I was constantly under the threat of the fact that I would have imprisoned me,” said the involuntary killer on the air of the Russian News Service .

The woman even had to turn to psychologists for help. However, Tatyana does not intend to achieve moral compensation. She believes that it will be enough if the authorities compensate for her expenses for lawyers.

According to Tatyana Kudryavtseva, she did not feel any understanding from the investigators, although she was engaged in a woman, an employee of the Investigative Department of the RF SK Asya Mikhailova.

“But I just hoped that in my business they would competently figure it out and tried to perform all investigative actions in the hope that this would help the investigation,” added Tatyana Kudryavtseva.

The police praised the woman for courage and immediately accused the murder

The attack on Tatyana Kudryavtsev was committed on July 1 near the Radishchevo railway station in the Solnechnogorsk district. According to the woman, that morning she went with a friend for mushrooms, and then returned to her cottage on an electric train.

On the platform, a "non -Russian" man who asked to light a man came up to Tatyana. As it turned out later, it was a 30-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Nazarov.

The woman replied that she had no lighter, and went along the deserted path to the dacha. The man got down to her.

“I didn’t have time to run away, and I couldn’t - I had a backpack behind my back, bags with rubber boots and mushrooms in my hands,” Tatyana explained. “He overtook, grabbed me, began to paw, twisted his hands. I fought off, but he was much stronger.”

When the rapist dragged Tatyana from the road, she, in a fit of despair, poked it with a mushroom knife in the body. However, the attacker did not pay attention and only threatened that he would kill. Only a few minutes later he grabbed the wound and rolled away.

The woman immediately called an ambulance on a mobile phone, and also tried to provide the rapist first aid. “Our roles were instantly changed. Now I could not leave him and leave, I had to help him,” Tatyana recalled.

She encouraged the Asian and said to him: "Hold on." The woman slowed down the wounded foreigner so that he would not fall asleep. At the same time, she called a friend with whom she broke up a few minutes ago, and in an ambulance.

Meanwhile, people passing by preferred not to notice Tatyana Kudryavtseva when she, getting out of the forest, asked them to help and at least indicate to the doctors where she was.

Arriving doctors diagnosed a fatal knife wound among a citizen of Uzbekistan. They called the police, who arrived after another 40 minutes.

Both doctors and police officers expressed sympathy for Tatyana and admiration for her courage. “Well done, you defended yourself, thank God that you are alive,” the doctors said. The police added that "so he needs, a rapist."

Then there was a long design of the protocol. “I did not feel guilty. I acted within the limits of self -defense, trying to somehow protect myself,” says Tatyana Kudryavtseva. “But after all the protocols were drawn up, they told me that I was suspected of intentionally murder.”
