Last time, we talked about the investigating bodies of our state .

Today I want to continue the conversation about our courts .

Over the past months, we have received several more arrogant and illegal decisions.

Let me remind you history.

In mid -April, the Istra City Court refuses Andrei Semenov to consider the lawsuit about the falsification of his site, where he was an observer and, importantly, the voter, which was announced in court.

In the decision, Judge Zakharov E.A., securing the approval of the prosecutor Gumennaya EV, writes that

What can be said about the qualifications of the judge and the prosecutor who made such a decision? That's right, nothing good.

On July 19, this decision was canceled by the Moscow Regional Court and by the beginning of August returned to the Istra court.

The meaning is clear. The Istrinsky court is wrong, Andrei may file a lawsuit if he is really a voter of this site.

On August 5-6, the judge of the Istra court Bardin M.Yu. began to engage in this case. As follows from the materials of the case that we got acquainted, in these numbers, Judge Bardin sent a request to the TIC and the regional commission with a request to provide a copy of the protocol (I recall, the protocol was rewritten , adding to someone 280 votes, in the hands of Andrei the certified copy, where Pjiv has an honorary third place, after the Communists and SR - the usual area in Dedovsk). Bardin also sent a request to the local bodies of Dedovsk with a request to confirm the place of residence of Andrei whether he is really a voter of this 689 site.

Apparently, Judge Bardin did not comfort the answers, and at a meeting of the Istrinsky court, held on September 5, he read his decision a couple of minutes after the start of the meeting, which again could not be called legal. Interestingly, about 5 minutes before the meeting, the prosecutor Gumennaya E.V. I went into the judge’s office and talked there in private there, after which this decision was announced almost immediately, which, of course, was supported by the prosecutor. Everything happened even without the participation of lawyer Tik.

That is, according to the judge Bardin and the prosecutor, all the voters are slaves, their rights are only to come to the plots unhollenly, to put ticks and leave. And as they count - not our dog business and rights and our legitimate interests does not violate. Andrei’s full version, the last two pictures . And this is after the decision of the court, which clearly admitted that the voter on his site has the right to file such a lawsuit.

That is, a falsified protocol (and we have six dozen in the Istra district, falsified by hundreds of votes), no one is interested in, there is no right - go forest.

It so coincided that a few days later on September 12, the court examined the claim of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of one of the districts (678 plots, also Dedovsk, the Club of military unit). There, in the Duma, Pzhiv had 161 votes, it became 331, and in the federal Duma it was 151, it became 353, totaling 372 protocols of 372 voices. This is about 30% voted at each level. Result: since the Communist Party was not stolen - the rights are not violated - in the bathhouse , we will not consider.

And about such a banal thing as the wrong distribution of mandates, blocking the package in the Duma of Pzhiv, the impossibility of coalitions, etc. The judge does not think. The judge is not supposed to think when the matter is political.

This protocol was chosen from many, since it does not contain any minor disadvantages that could have failed. But here is such an opportunity, "the rights and legitimate interests are not violated." There is no doubt, the judges of the Istrinsky court (and not Istrinsky) will come up with any stupidity to hide the crime.

So, according to the Istra court, the rewriting of the protocol in favor of the same party does not violate the right: a) the observer; b) the voter; c) competitors' parties.

You can keep silent about the investigations, they entered the next cycle of the investigation (the seventh already?) After the next cancellation of the refusal by the prosecutor's office. At the same time, the documents go between the SK and the prosecutor's office after the decision is made for 20 days. Inaction it is inaction.

The head of the Central Election Commission of Russia admitted that he is helped to successfully cope with his difficult official duties. He spoke about this, giving a lecture to students of the Russian Orthodox University.

"I have never been lying. As a child, my parents inspired me that a lie is a great sin. It is better to tell the truth and bear the punishment now than to lie and avoid it," he said. V. Churov noted that they can be punished for the truth, but, according to him, in the end everyone will still be rewarded according to his merits.

I am a man not bloodthirsty. And I completely agree with Bykov.
