The registration of candidates for the Constitutional Court has only just ended, and the division of the skin of the “unkilled bear cub” is already beginning.
Oleg Lurie offers Boris Nemtsov some kind of debate. “Terrorists have hijacked the plane, and the fellow sufferers are starting a discussion about how they see the landing.”
My colleagues are already starting to question me as a registered candidate for the Constitutional Court: “How do you see him? Maybe let’s create a work bureau? Otherwise, 45 people is too much?”
Ksenia Sobchak headed a bloc of “media candidates” who proclaim strange theses:
1. The Constitutional Court will carry out a full-scale political reform. Who will let the COP do this? The CC is the headquarters of resistance, the headquarters for coordinating such resistance within the country.
2. Will the Constitutional Court put forward only REAL, Achievable demands to the authorities? Are Bolotnaya-Sakharov’s demands impossible to fulfill? If not, then the main principle of nomination to the Constitutional Court has been violated. Only those who support the demands of past rallies are nominated. Or did I misunderstand something?
3. And finally, the “Civic Platform” - that’s the name of Sobchak’s bloc - considers the elections incorrect and will seek early re-elections. That is, the bloc is going to the KS to destroy the KS or to arrange such a “House-3” that Malakhov’s talk show will seem like a nice conversation between two professors in the library?
Very strange. And somehow I feel uneasy from such “moderate candidates”. Which, however, are all nice and wonderful people.
Somehow I don’t like all this yet. Let's hold elections, comrades! We already have a consensus. Achieve the implementation of the demands of the rallies. It seems that no one voted for the reforms carried out by the Constitutional Court? The only question is the tactics of achieving the goals of the orders that people have already given at Bolotnaya and Sakharov. This can and should be discussed in the Constitutional Court. That's all.
