How we bought a cow... (end of story)
The story that began in the spring of 2012 is remarkable. Cheerful, sad, completely different people met thanks to her. It’s easier to follow the link to see the whole picture.
And here is the finale... Or maybe this is just the beginning.

On September 8–9, a long-planned trip took place to Stegrimovo (420 km from Moscow, Smolensk region) - to the house where a large family lives: mother Angela and her 6 children.
This became our second “repair” visit to them, for which, like the previous time, funds and forces were collected by the whole world.
The task of the “maximum” autumn “weekend” was undoubtedly to insulate the house: the building is cold and damp, and the first frost is just around the corner.
Therefore, in the action plan, first of all, we included assembling a water heating system, installing windows, insulating the wall bordering the non-residential area, foaming all through holes and cracks, boarding up window openings in the non-residential part of the house...
And with all this, no matter what, there had to be time left to assemble all the furniture brought...
It’s great for us, but first of all, of course, the Family was helped by the guys from Moscow (Nikolai and his team), who completely and completely, completely disinterestedly took on the production and installation of windows in all (four!) rooms and installed them the day before our arrival - on Saturday we arrived at a more comfortable and quiet House :)
Saturday itself was in full swing with heating assembly, gathering dust with cutting concrete and slate, splashing paint, banging with hammers and slamming doors, noisy and laughing.
But the most unexpected thing that everyone remembered about Saturday was, I beg your pardon, the smells... None of our boys even imagined that they would be so deeply immersed (in the literal sense) in the problem of sewer stagnation...
But on Sunday morning, MMUP Kommunalshchik was already driving around the site, merging with the grass, to help them. Once! “And with a powerful blow, the pipe was pierced all the way to the toilet.”
Two! “And the truck is already pumping out everything that the House and its inhabitants have been breathing for many months... The next serious repair work on the same day was insulating the walls and leading the air duct from the boiler to the roof.
Of course, there was very little time for what was planned - taking into account less than 48 hours of sleep...
But we still managed to do a lot: we assembled a water heating system, installed an air duct, blew out and cleaned the sewer pipe, insulated the wall, painted the walls that were unfinished last time, assembled furniture for the kitchen, hallway and rooms. Plus, the day before, the guys installed windows in all the rooms. The work of running, debugging and testing the heating system will be continued by a local heating specialist - the baton has been passed. :)
I would like to say a huge thank you to EVERYONE who in one way or another took part in the renovation of the House of a large family!
