They humiliate their prophet Muhammad. This prophet for Muslims as Christians is Christ. They humiliate Muhammad in poor -quality form, ugly! If someone believes that this is a caricature, then this is a tasteless, cheap and extremely vulgar caricature that incites discord. Now there are protests in some countries of the world. Do you want us to have this? I don't want that.

- You want to ban this film. Do not you think that in this way you will attract attention even more?

Why do everyone say that I in this way attract attention to him? All television channels, radio stations and sites spoke about this film, it was before I wrote a request for a ban. There are currently tools that can be cut out this content, and then it will be very difficult to get it in Russia. And those who want to watch this film with scientific purposes or out of idle curiosity will be able to do this, but it will be very difficult. And by accident, no one can get to him. I think it will be very good. There will be no terrible consequences. I believe that it is scary that the Internet sites and the main distributor-YouTube-did not block this film in advance.

- But what about freedom of speech?

It is clear that people were simply wound up and used by forces that were counting on such a powerful reaction. All this was one way or another by September 11th. Probably, the film can be considered extremist, since it insults people. What contains insults against the prophet is bad. People honor him, leave them alone. This is their right. If they believe that this offends them, then this is so.

- Is it worth prohibiting this film in this case?

This is more a legal issue. We can prohibit the rental of this film, and YouTube is not a rental. Even if you imagine the situation that YouTube will not show this film for Russia, it is still the one who wants to be offended to the core will find a link and look.

But why should Muslims watch this film? This is contrary to faith! This is Haram, it is forbidden! True believers simply will not watch this film, they simply forbids them to watch what offends the prophet.

- What can be the consequences of the ban?

The ban in Russia, I believe, is rather a gesture that will show our Muslims that we are all outraged. This is a gesture of solidarity and respect for religion and feelings of believers.

The most amazing thing in this matter is in another. Why in America, where a huge number of Muslims live and where only on Manhattan about 170 mosques, there are no riots? It would seem that in the USA, where the freedom of demonstrations, to protest, is the sweetest thing. But there are no demonstrations. Have you heard anything about them? And I did not hear. The purpose of this provocation is to make chaos outside America. In particular, in Egypt. I carefully read a lot of American research on this topic. We have a stuffing that the film was shot by a certain Copt, and with the money a hundred Jews. That is, at the same time, hatred of Jews and even Copts is directed. In my opinion, this film has two goals. The first is to undermine the Murcy government in Egypt, provoking the mass riots and arson of Coptic temples.
