On September 15, 2012, the second “march march” in Perm took place in Perm.
And the second time I doubted all morning again - to go to me or not to go? I will perform there or not to perform. For the first time I went, performed, thundered to the police. Secondly, too, all the same, he went, did not speak, and did not rattle the police :) However, this is not the logic at all. This time I would hardly have thundered)) the limit is exhausted. I did not speak precisely because I do not see the point in this very “march of millions”, I see no reason in my speech there. And the matter is not at all a stupid name, it doesn’t matter in fact what this action is called. Another thing is important.
When in December more than one hundred thousand people gathered in Moscow, and in Perm more than two thousand we all understand - for which we were standing there, for which we were rallying. We were for “honest elections”, for “changes” in the country, “against crooks and thieves”, “against Putin”. Despite all the abstractness of the slogans, all these thousands of people perfectly understood these essence. More precisely, they felt their essence intuitively, if they wanted. And this was the power of a “party of change”. We did not just understand the essence of these slogans, we believed in them.
Now the situation is different.
There are not hundreds of thousands of us in Moscow and not thousands in Perm. I don’t know how in Moscow, in Perm we are a man, fifty, a maximum two hundred. One hundred and fifty, in fact, is a lot for Perm. After all, these are one hundred and fifty “professional” oppositionists, people who “go to rallies” as a job. A year ago, it was impossible to imagine so much of their amount. Now it has become the norm.
Therefore, those who say that the problem is not right. The problem as:
1) The “quantity” that has no understanding of what they want. No, the previous slogans -“for honest elections”, “Down with crooks and thieves”, etc. remained. But these slogans remained simply in words, the meaning disappeared into them, and we have lost faith, motivation, the desire to fight. Yes, and a purely verbal understanding of these slogans now has their own - their own communists, liberals, nationalists.
2) And this is natural. Sooner or later it should have happened. The problem is different. Behind naive slogans, sincerity and faith in “all the best”, as a rule, is a real strategy, real program and real actions. And as a result - practical results. But this did not happen. We are still “Abam” and “marching”.

What I understand by practical results. Under them, I understand systemic changes in the country and the city - for example, the growth of the competitiveness of the political system, the honesty of elections and the authorities as a whole, the reform of justice, a decrease in corruption, the increase in the efficiency of power, and the growth of civil self -awareness.
By the way, things are not abstract, but quite measurable. For example, civil self -awareness can be calculated by the number of people participating in the elections, public campaigns and organization. The effectiveness of the authorities can also be measured, both with the help of purely formal methods and on the basis of the population satisfaction index by this very authority. Etc. etc.
And this is precisely systemic changes. Unlike non -systemic ones. For example, becoming Alexey Navalny now, (with all due respect), nothing will change because the system will remain the same. In the same non -systemic, nothing significant phenomenon is the requirement of the ban on United Russia. ” So far, people do not learn responsibility for their choice of nothing to change. The power will have ghouls and it doesn’t matter how the party in which they are being called will be called.
The same meaningless actions include elections to the coordination council of the opposition. Instead of participating in real elections, monitoring their honesty, carrying our people into power, monitor this very power, we arrange a show, with the result predictable as on March 4.
But there, at least the question of real power was resolved, but here .. a quirock and nothing more.

This must be left. You need to do real business, not children's games. We must grow up.
PS Despite all of the above, I came to the “march of millions” and I will come if it is. Perhaps I will even participate in the organization. I even registered as a voter in the Constitutional Court. Why? Yes, because those 150 people who were at mm are all the same, my comrades and it doesn’t matter who they are liberals or left, nationalists or internationalists. I still believe that “changes” are inevitable and we will leave the “swamp” in which our country and the city are located. And the changes will begin precisely with these 150 people .... The other is simply not.
