Businessman Alexey Kozlov, who was denied parole in early September, appealed the court's decision.
As the businessman's lawyer Alkhas Abgadzhava told Interfax on Thursday, Kozlov filed a complaint against the refusal of parole. He added that he also intends to file a cassation appeal in the near future.
The convict's complaint will be considered by the Ivanovo Regional Court.
