Excess people. On September 19, in the Moscow district of Mitino, a spontaneous rally of protest was held, which forced the capital's authorities to abandon the construction of the mosque - the problem of intolerance on ethnic and religious grounds once again reminded of itself. The New Times correspondent spent this day with those who hunt illegal migrants, and with those who protect them
September 19, Moscow, 9 o’clock in the evening. In the center of the hall of the metro station “1905 Street” there are two young people. One is a high, strong physique, in camouflage, 23 years, no less. The second is in a black shirt, a little lower in tall, but also a big man. They take a thermos from a backpack, pour tea into the lid, drink. Then something is vividly discussed and headed towards the southern exit.
A day before, a message appears on the VKontakte social network in the group “Light Rus'”: “Tomorrow raid, gathering at 21.00 m. Ul 1905.” These young people are engaged in what are looking for in the city the places where migrants spend the night and hand them over to the FMS and the police. At the southern exit of young people, Igor Mangushev meets the head of Light Rus' - he collects young nationalists for the so -called raids. On his page, he then posts the reports: “The raid was successful. 37 Kyrgyzes were detained ”,“ The raid was successful, 8 illegal immigrants were detained, one chief engineer. We are going to the police department to decorate. ”
The three of them climb into the street and calmly pass by the African, distributing advertising leaflets, four guys from Central Asia, do not pay attention to three Azerbaijanis near a stall with shawarma.
Then they turn off the street to the yards, go around the school and approach one of the houses. Now we need to check the basements - are there "illegal".
"Die - bury"
On the second floor of an old house on a Sretenka - an office the size of a one -room apartment. Here is the office of the Tajik Labor Migrants. At the entrance on the table are newspapers produced by TTM, the Voice of the Tajikistians, and the last strip is always diverted for ads to the search for missing people. Every day people come here, each with their own problem. “On many issues, only besides circumcision,” the head of TTM jokes Karomat Sharipov. - From birth to sending to homeland. From the torture chamber in Butyrka and ending with Magadan. From an employer who does not pay money to beaten the police and drug tossing. ”
Now Sharipov is engaged in the history of Behruz Nereev and Alisher Magyev, who turned into the TTM movement with a complaint about the actions of police officers, which can be easily qualified as torture. Quite medieval.
According to Odinaev and Madeyev, on June 4 at 21 o’clock in the city of Kubinka in the apartment where they worked, people in civilian clothes came and introduced themselves as police officers. Two Tajiks were taken to the Kubinsky police department, where they were explained that they were suspected of theft of the TV. They denied their involvement in the theft, they did not provide resistance and without question passed dactyloscopy. After that, they were held to the second floor of the ATS in the 11th office. According to the testimony of the victims, the police connected "some clothespins and connected to their ear sinks." “You, Tajiks, do not need here. And if you die, then it's okay, ”police officer Andrei Daitorov told Netev, stepping on his face. To the words of the detainee that he will die now, the policeman allegedly answered: "We will die - bury." (In the Cuban police department they confirmed: they really work for ditors, but cannot approach the phone - away.)
The torture lasted about a day, all this time two immigrants from Tajikistan were beaten and chained to the chairs. From the next connection of the current, Behruz Nereev, involuntary urination occurred. “When the current strength was increased, Nereeva became ill: tachycardia arose, foam went from his mouth, and he fell from a chair,” says Sharipov’s letter addressed to the Human Rights in Russia Vladimir Lukin (the same letter was sent to the Odintsovo city prosecutor’s office, there was no answer yet). The execution stopped after one of the police officers suggested that perhaps they were still not stolen by them. Then Daitorov said: "Get out!"
In a statement by the victims it means: “We turned to the emergency room, and when we said that the police beat us, the emergency room refused to accept us, and the ambulance refused to record traces of beatings.”
In a conversation with The New Times, the chairman of the Civil Assistance committee Svetlana Gannushkina said that such methods of influence in the police have long become a standard in relation to migrants and other vulnerable groups of the population. "
“You, Tajiks, do not need here. And if you die, then it's okay, ”police officer Andrei Daitorov told Netevaev, stepping on his face with his foot
““ Such cases occur very often, mainly when the criminal cases are fabricated, ”she said.“ You know, it is very difficult to make a person admit what he did not perform, or a witness to force testations. Such campaigns are accompanied by torture conditions and directly torture. People with similar statements are often appealed. ”
Walk - look
Igor Mangushev, two of his comrades and the correspondent of The New Times did not go through the streets for long. The necessary basement was found quite quickly. In general, the idea of fishing for illegal cellars has become popular among Russian nationalists since the mid-2000s, PPNI has been doing this before, Alexander Verkhovsky, the head of the Analytical Center of Owl. “Such a procedure for the interaction of voluntary squads with law enforcement agencies has not been spelled out anywhere, but any citizen who noticed a crime may report this,” he told The New Times. Igor Mankushev believes that the last raid was quite successful: eight citizens of Kyrgyzstan were detained. “We have been complaining about this basement for a long time. Standard procedure. We identify, fix, call 02, draw up a protocol for inspection of the basement in order to bring to justice a company that makes money on this, illegal immigrants sit in the cop Gazelle, the basement is cleaned and sealed, a new castle is hung. That's it, ”says a 26-year-old nationalist. According to him, police officers often “roof” illegal migrants themselves. “Recently, even Famesian chief of Moscow called me his headache,” Mangushev boasted in a conversation with the New Times correspondent. “I think this is a compliment.” He is unlikely to think about what awaits the associated illegal lines of illegal immigrants in the police.

"There is no need to make me a nationalist." On September 16, Moskvich Alexander Nazarov, a 22-year-old Spartak fan and a 5th year student of the journalism department of Moscow State University, described a cruel attack on his social network, which he was subjected to the day before. He called the attackers "animals" and "presumably Dagami." At the time of delivery of the number, 2166 Facebook users shared in this text. The New Times contacted the author of the sensational post
“On September 15, I caught a car next to the University metro station at night: my friend lives in the main building, I escorted it. I could not be called drunk, but also sober - too. In general, I escorted a girlfriend, caught the car, the door opened, I see: the driver of the non -Slavic appearance. I looked at the back seat - there seems to be nobody. Then I sat forward, and this was my fatal mistake, because if I sat back, I would have noticed that someone was there: most likely, this person was hiding under a rag.
Then they covered me with the same rag - so that I would not see where we are going.
Five minutes after we drove away, I was wrapped around my neck from behind. At the same moment, the car stopped at the intersection, and two more got into it: in my opinion, it was in the area of Lomonosovsky Prospekt. I was dragged back immediately, and one person, from new passengers, sat forward. They searched me, got everything that was in my pockets - an iPhone, a passport, keys, wallet, took out all the cash (about two thousand rubles), then found credit cards. They began to ask Pin-codes from the cards-they did not beat him much on the face, only once they hit the eye, and so-on the stomach. Since I could not name the codes after the blows, one of the people took out a knife, and they began to stab me in the leg. A knife with a blade of ten centimeters, small, but sharp, and when they shook their leg, I howled in pain. It seemed to me that this was going on for an hour.
An hour later, when they realized that their methods did not act on me, they said: "Okay, then we will kill you." I don’t know, probably, some kind of humility comes at these moments, and I said: “Let's only if you have something human, do it doesn’t hurt.” They threw a rag again and strangled me: the car drove, I turned off and lost consciousness. Then he came to his senses, they brought me out of the car, pushed towards the forest and said: "We give you life, run and do not turn around."
It was six in the morning.
For those people, in the car, it was twenty -five years old - young, but I had the feeling that they were doing all this not for the first time and the area knew well.
They spoke Russian, but with a strong Caucasian accent and a large number of mat. I called them animals because they are not people. This is not just everyday life. I understand why you ask me about this, but there is no national component in my words. It's just that their behavior is brutal, no?! There is no need to make a nationalist out of me - thank God, after this incident, not a single leader of the nationalist group was contacted, but they will contact me, so I do not want to climb under the banner. My main message is that people find out that it happens. Muscovites and people from the regions close to Moscow could also rob me. There was simply a certain cultural color in this: they asked me whether I was Orthodox, whether I was Russian, I eat pork. It was, you know?
But the main message is not this one. The main thing is that anything can happen to you at night, and I am glad that this case received publicity, because they rarely learn about such cases, and their sea. Our society, not the most healthy in itself, will not open our abscesses in itself, and through such abscesses it is clear that we have a lot of evil.
I really hope that these people will be found: on Saturday, a criminal case was instituted under the 162th article, tomorrow I am going with operatives to watch notes from cameras.
You understand that this could happen to anyone, no one is safe - neither I nor you. There is something wrong in the policy of the country, in the policy of the city: people who work here cannot be in a powerless position, they are not robbing from a good life. ”
