"Foam Party" on Arbat

This afternoon, “criminals” poured water into one of the fountains located on Adm Street. Fokina dishwashing detergent. Due to the seething and flow of water, a huge “pile” of foam was formed... The wind blew it away deep into the Arbat... Summer snow... If detergent were added to all the fountains, this act could be considered a very funny flash mob. And so, simple, but not harmless hooliganism. Why not harmless?! And all because, as reported by the City Administration, the mechanisms that regulate the operation of the fountain are metal and have a special lubricant, and detergents wash away these technical fats, thereby posing a direct threat to the fountain’s mechanisms. They did it without thinking, but they did it well, positively... There would be more of this kind of “hooliganism”, so that without causing much harm to the city, and to improve the mood of citizens. :-)

Children are delighted with the summer, soapy “snow”.

Soap foam scattered throughout Arbat, reminding residents and guests of the city of the upcoming winter.

It turned out to be a free bath .

Someone took a piece of the cheerful foam with them.

Someone was playing with her on the spot.

Only two serious men watched all this from the side with their disapproving gaze, although I am sure that each of them wanted to plunge into soapy water right in the suit and remember their childhood.

Many passers-by took pictures in front of the fountain.

Due to the strong wind, the foam scattered throughout the Arbat, clearing the passageway of grease.

But then a man from “control” appeared and simply flushed the water... The fun was over.
