Interfax clarifies that a wedding motorcade of eight cars was moving along Leningradsky Prospekt towards Tverskaya Street. The traffic police tried to stop the column of cars, but they did not obey, so the traffic inspectors caused reinforcements, with the help of which the car with the wedding participants managed to be detained. At first, the participants in the wedding motorcade blocked their cars at the intersection of Tverskaya and Mokhovaya streets, after which the guests of the capital, apparently, finally forgotten that they were not at home, got out of cars, began to dance and shoot in the air from traumatic pistols.

Lifenews claims that the fire was opened by a police car, the crew of which demanded to stop from the column. They also shot at the cars that tried to overtake the procession. According to the agency, the motorcade consisted of Ferrari, Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, Kia and Porsche Cayenne cars.

The penalty for this article of the Code of Administrative Offenses is 100 rubles.

In addition, an administrative protocol was drawn up under article 20.8 for violation of the rules for the use of traumatic weapons. "The materials in relation to the shooting will be transferred to the court to decide on the deprivation of the right to own weapons," the press service added.
